Les vestiges du bâtiment historique du XVe siècle ont été rénovés en 2016 dans le respect de l'histoire et des normes esthétiques élevées. Neoria Houses est un complexe de deux maisons de luxe à deux niveaux dans un style architectural minimal et avec toutes les commodités modernes.
Akali est une maison à deux étages (100m2) avec deux chambres spacieuses, (+1 canapé-lit pour 2 personnes dans le salon), trois salles de bains avec cabines de douche, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et salon et une terrasse atmosphérique au deuxième sol.
Le salon avec télévision par satellite à écran plat et coin repas se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, à proximité de la cuisine entièrement équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, plaques vitrocéramiques, four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, etc.).
Au premier étage, deux chambres principales avec lits de taille, télévision par satellite à écran plat et salle de bains privée. Matelas et douche de qualité sont fournis (peignoirs, chaussons, shampoing, revitalisant, gel douche, crème pour le corps).
La terrasse, au deuxième étage, avec vue sur la vieille ville et les monuments historiques, est équipée de mobilier d'extérieur.
Akali House fournit a / c, Wi-Fi, coffre-fort, trousse de premiers soins, extincteur, détecteurs de fumée, fer et planche à repasser et sèche-cheveux. Le service de nettoyage est assuré tous les trois jours.

We had a fantastic stay in Chania in the heart of the harbor, but tucked away in a quiet alley. Tons of great restaurants, shops, historical sights within walking distance. The home is exactly as pictured, very comfortable for our family of four including two teens. Lots of stairs, but not a problem for us. Washing machine in the downstairs bathroom came in handy. House was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

This was our first stop in Greece during our family holiday. The flat was perfect for our needs - clean, close to everything in the old city, and near a bakery and coffee shop. Communication was great. Check in and out were easy. Definitely would stay here again.

This unit was clean, contemporary, and in the heart of old town. One block off of the water. A platter of fresh fruit and drinks were left for us.
We were taken care of by Christina, who responded immediately to any questions/issues we had. A door knob came off in my hands, and it was taken care of asap.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are a lot of stairs, so make sure you're not w an elderly person. We are all pushing 60 w no problems. I mean a real elder w mobility issues.
And ps, it was saddled btwn two restaurants, one great for authentic late nights munchies, and one w over the top authentic Greek meals served by men w great sense of humor, for dirt cheap. I mentioned that Christina should mention the second to every client. It was named Perparas.

Lots of stairs and the living areas are somewhat separate but if you are doing it right you won't spend much time in the apartment to begin with. The A/C worked well and units were well distributed throughout the apartment's rooms. It does have a small parking lot that if you are lucky you can find a spot in if you happen to be driving. Was surprisingly quiet despite being near popular areas. There is a little market around the corner which is great and convenient to pick up necessities.

Amazing location
We loved this place. It was perfect for our family. We have two teenagers and they each had a sleeping space. One slept in the loft and one on the pullout couch. Host is amazing and so nice!

This apartment is ideally located close to all the sightseeing in Chania City Center. Upon check in, Christina gave us great recommendations on sightseeing and places to eat. We highly recommend Well of the Turk, which is very close to the apartment!
As far as the apartment itself, it’s very clean, with plenty of space. We would recommend without hesitation.

Location Location Location
We stayed two nights during our brief visit in Chania. We had 4 adults and two kids in our party. It was a perfect setup for us. We were greeted kindly by the property manager who assisted us with the check-in process and gave recommendations for different restaurants (since there are so many to choose from.) The home was very clean, which we appreciate so much. Having the terrace was an added bonus for our evening card games and wine. We highly recommend this place!!!!

Charming Apartment in a Great Location
This is a charming apartment in a great location - just a block back from the harbor, but a bit off to the side allowing for quieter sleeping. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the check-in was easy and flexible (our flight was an hour late, so it was almost 11 p.m.). There is a large, free public parking lot just a few blocks away (parking in Old Town is tight). Highly recommended!

This house is very comfortable and superbly placed for exploring old Chania.
We had a delightfully relaxing 9 day stay. The house is well provisioned with equipment and with a welcome basket.

Comfortable and clean with good location
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is near the harbour and about a 15 min walk to the bus station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
There was a bit of street noise at night. We were there Monday/Tuesday. This might be an issue on the weekends or in high season if you are a light sleeper.

Wonderful apartment, great location. LOVE IT!
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with another couple in July 2018 and absolutely loved it! The apartment is wonderfully designed, with high quality finishes, and lovely appointments. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are a bit compact, but they worked great and the beds are very comfortable. Every detail has been given attention, including a lovely welcome gift of wine, fruit and local preserves that we really enjoyed. They had even stocked coffee and milk for the mornings. And the location is to die for. Right in the heart of Chania with wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping literally 20 steps from the front door. We will definitely be back! Could not have been any more perfect.

Unglaublich schönes Objekt in traumhafter Lage
als wir die ersten Schritte in unser Urlaubsdomizil setzten, waren wir sofort begeistert, von dem historischen Gemäuer, dass mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail restauriert wurde und mit modernen Möbeln stilsicher ausgestattet war. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig, aber im direkten Umfeld der wunderschönen Altstadt Chania´s (für mich eine der schönsten Mittelmeerstädte Europas). Ein Parkplatz war in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und der Kühlschrank schon für die ersten Tage gefüllt. Besser hätten wir es nicht antreffen können.

A gem of a property within a jewel of a city!
We stayed at this beautiful house for a week. It is as delightful as the pictures suggest and is ideally situated seconds from the water front in the Old Harbour. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars to suit every taste, but is a very quiet peaceful retreat with a very welcome roof terrace. Christine cheerfully & promptly dealt with our (hopefully not too demanding!) queries and organised hire car; luggage storage and taxi transfers, and gave great advice re: restaurants /places to visit. Make sure you explore the quieter back streets and the Koum Kapi beach area just outside the city wall - the bars & restaurants here are a welcome retreat (if needed!) from the more 'vibrant' beach front bars on the Old Harbour area.
Would recommend booking onto one of the city walking tours within the first 24hrs of arriving - it provides much insight into the history of the city and the important archeological remains that it would be easy to walk past without looking up & seeing.
Also a visit to the Botanical Gardens (30 mins drive out of the city) is a must - we spent a wonderful 2.5hrs wandering the terraces of this amazing place and enjoyed a delicious lunch in the restaurant, which uses all their home grown vegetables; herbs and spices (the views from the restaurant terrace are stunning!).
If you add in the plethora of beautiful beaches within an hours drive of Hania and the very warm welcome from local people wherever we went, would say this is a destination that is hard to beat...we will defintely be returning soon and would hope to stay in Akali House on our return!

Great property, better host!
The property had every amenity one could ask for, and it was highly tempting never leaving the comforts of our terrace. But the best part of this property was Christina, who went out of her way to make sure she could accommodate all our requests. We landed early in the morning to Chania, but she was still available to check us in and help coordinate a number of activities during our stay. When our ferry to Santorini was cancelled, she was readily available at 11pm to help set up a cab ride to the airport at 445am. She made great recommendations for food and tips for maximizing our stay. Overall, it was a great choice.

Excellent accommodation in a great location
A very comfortable house with superb fixtures. The property has been established with a great deal of thought - it has everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the port with many great restaurants nearby. Owner/agent support is first rate.

Fab property, perfect location, new interiors
We were a couple and a friend, this property was perfect so we all had our own privacy whilst having the possibility to spend time together such as dining downstairs or having a relaxining drink on the upper terrace. There are numerous steps, but they are not difficult to climb. There is also a small sitting area outside the front door, perfect for lazy mornings. The property is very well equipped and the owner kindly provided us with the essentials for breakfast, a cake, and local products. Very kind indeed.
The bathrooms were very functional, may need a little more space for makeup and soaps etc... but for a holiday it's fine.
The location was perfect, a few mins walk to the port and restaurants, shops, bars....couldn't be better.
We all really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was PERFECT, well done also to Crisitina who was of great help on arrival.
A couple of suggestions, full length mirror, and better quality sheets.
