Cette belle maison a deux niveaux. Niveau inférieur de la piscine a 2 chambres avec lits King, 2 salles de bain et une salle familiale. La chambre familiale s'ouvre sur la terrasse de la piscine et dispose d'un canapé-lit. Le niveau supérieur a un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine, 2 chambres dont une avec un roi et une avec des jumeaux et 2 salles de bain. Il y a des portes entre les unités, donc si vous avez un grand groupe, vous pouvez combiner les deux côtés. Parfait pour les réunions et les grandes réunions de famille! Côtés combinés pour 20 personnes. Chaque côté l'a. s propre piscine qui peut être chauffée en hiver. Cette maison comprend 6 téléviseurs, barbecue à gaz, garage, quai. table de nettoyage du poisson, congélateur d'appâts, 2 réfrigérateurs, sèche-cheveux dans tous les bains, boom box avec mp3. 2 vélos.
L'adhésion au Cabana Club est incluse et comprend une grande piscine, une plage et un restaurant.
Key Colony Beach est une petite communauté très sûre. Il y a 4 restaurants, 3 bars, aire de jeux, tennis, golf, terrains de basket et bien plus encore.

Perfect location. Minor requests handled immediately. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and dock. Well stocked kitchen, but owner may want to refresh cookware and silverware, and toss redundant tools in the spatula drawer.

This property was nice. I saw a couple things that could have been cleaner or in better working order. It was great to have a pool and pool towels provided as well as dock space. The location is very convenient for boating and getting around Marathon. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we were home. It was also nice to have an additional refrigerator in the garage and a bait freezer. We had difficulty with the wifi. The property manager came and spent quite a while trying to make it work.

Our friends, fishing, boating, and the fact that we were in the FL Keys made this a great vacation. I would choose a different place to stay.
The first clue that we would have issues was the property manager wasn’t expecting us. We got in, and the AC in the upstairs part of the condo was not working. When we called, he said we needed to go next door, but there was a family who had just arrived there as well. Thankfully, the manager had someone come and fill the AC unit the next day, but it ran out and we had to call again and again. Near the end of our stay the workers came and seemingly fixed the problem. We had to purchase a box fan and smaller fans because the overhead fan in the bedroom also wasn’t working.
I’m hoping this unit gets some work done after we’re gone. Some tiles were loose or broken on the stairs, the walls and doors needed cleaned and touched up with paint, the dishwasher was moldy, so we hand washed dishes all week, the light above the kitchen table was burnt out, we had to go searching for towels. There were no linens for the extra pillows in the closet.
There were instructions in the kitchen for a beautiful new grill, but ours was rusted through and not clean. My girls and I scrubbed the liner of the pool because there was a black ring that smudged every time you touched it. Outside a boat post was loose, and the first time we swung a rope around it to dock the boat… it broke in half.
Wait a while before booking this location.

We had a great experience and loved our stay. The local property manager, George, did a great job communicating with us. We had a large group of 8 on our side and another 6 on the other side of the duplex. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, we had towels and pool towels. The swimming pool was great, and the location along the canal was beautiful. Within an hr of arriving, we had a manatee and her baby swim up to greet us.
We were disappointed that we couldn't use the Cabana Club especially since we had paid for it. It seems the property itself does not have a membership there. When we communicated that with the property manager, he was quick to refund that portion of our bill. Thankfully we had our own pool otherwise we really would have been upset.
Overall the property was really clean. It would use some fresh paint as you can see where it has been touched up and painted half way up the wall and then stopped. Obviously, that doesn't affect the stay but more as a note to the owner. Also, one of the bottom steps had a loose tile.
Would definitely stay again. Great for large and small groups, with or without kids.

This was the perfect location and the fact that the house didn’t meet all standards didn’t change how amazing our trip was. With that said, we took our family for a day at the cabana/beach which was part of the house “amenities” and were turned away and told the membership was not renewed. The beds were not at all comfortable and the linens were very cheep with a table cloth for a comforter. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes so we had to hand wash all the dishes all week, the dishwasher also had mold. The chair fell over and a ton of old food fell out on the floor, I assume all the chairs have dried up food in them. We didn’t have a broom only a vacuum which was completely clogged, we cleaned it but it still didn’t work great. The floors were not clean when we got there and there were no rugs on the floor. On a good note, we had clean towels and the bathrooms were nice. The house could be very nice with a little TLC. All in all, it was not horrible and we had a great time but we were disappointed with the upkeep of this rental.

We have stayed several times at this property over the years, cleanliness has never been very good. The property is now in need of some routine maintenance. We love the location, size of the property and the private pool. We will be back again.

This property is perfect for large families and/or friend groups. Home is spacious and there's plenty of privacy with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The pool, decks, and canal are bonuses! Amazing manatees swam up to our dock to be petted 3 days in a row! We saw shark and beautiful sting rays daily.
Location is perfect! Neighborhood is friendly and safe. We enjoyed nightly sunsets at Sunset Beach, with the locals. If you truly want to experience the culture of the Keys, this is your place!

This house was just what we needed this year. It had plenty of room, a large living area that was nicely decorated and comfortable, great location, Cabana Club membership, garage, bait freezer and extra refrigerator, bikes, and the pool in the backyard was a well-enjoyed added bonus. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had.

This was our seventh year staying here. This house is perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone, on the water with a place to park our boat and a pool to relax in and enjoy. We will definitely come back next year. The place needs a little TLC but overall it is a great place to stay.

Our family had the best time staying at this property for the week! The split florrplan was perfect for our family, the kids stayed in the downstairs rooms and the adults syated upstairs, all the rooms have their own bathrooms so everyone was happy. The kids loved the attached pool, it kept them busy when we were not out and about. We kept our 32 ft boat on site, it was easy getting it there. We would highly recomend this property and we will try to book it again in the future.

Unfortunately this property was listed as NEW 4 bedroom/4 bath. This has been updated since I spoke to the owner. This house needs a redo from top to bottom! There was no communication with property manager or owner before we came and had to search for check in instructions. The bath towels, pool towels, sheets are old, stained and really not up to par for the price they were asking per night. Spoke to owner and she said new towels and sheets would be delivered the evening we checked in and they were not. I msg her the next morning to let her knows nothing was delivered and did not hear back. Needless to say we never got new towels or sheets. We ended up going to buy new pool towels. The mattresses are so old you feel the springs in the bed. The pillows were flat and I had to ask for more pillows and they had to scrounge to bring over some more. The pots and pans are gross and have seen better days and should invest in new ones. The cleaner or property manager should inspect these items after people leave 2 Of them were burned. The patio furniture is so old it’s all ripped and also uncomfortable it’s cheap. The towel holders all need to be tightened they were falling off. The worst part is in downstairs shower the shower rod is too small and when my nephew was coming out of the shower the whole rod and curtain fell on his head. The showers barely had any water pressure. Unfortunately we were disappointed and paid too much money for a property that was not worth it. It definitely has potential if they give it an overhaul. The owner was willing to refund me less then 1 night worth of money which everyone in our party agreed was not enough. The only great thing was the location, peaceful view, and the pool.

The community was nice and quiet place; perfect for walking and riding bikes. Many restaurants close by also.The Property Manager and Cleaning Supervisor were both very responsive to our needs throughout our entire stay. When we called them regarding several issues, they responded immediately, and we were very appreciative.The Unit was very spacious and comfortable, and aside from some minor issues that we spoke with the Property Manager about (i.e. Dishwasher problem and King mattresses needing replacement), it was a wonderful vacation, and we look forward to renting again!

This property is a nice place that has plenty of room for our four couples that stayed here. The location at Key Colony is perfect for sight seeing and enjoying the beaches and water. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will likely be back again. We had a couple minor issues that the property management quickly resolved and communication was great.Bob

Great house with plenty of room for the family. Wonderful outdoor space. Pool was small, but perfect for the kids. Dock space was great, and a short ride to open water. We would stay there again, but We liked it so much, we are buying a house right down the street!
