The property is great and has a variety of condos to suit different needs. One group of family members stayed in another condo at the same property. We picked this property because it didn't have any stairs inside so our granddaughter could crawl around without running into stairs.

Larry was an awesome property manager. He was so communicative and helpful. Gave great recommendations. We loved being so close to Bourbon St and felt very safe in the unit. It was very clean and the check-in process went very smoothly. We will be back!!

The apartment was okay. It was not the one listed on VRBO that I paid for though, the parking garage cost over $200 and I was told it would be $87 for the total of our stay, the bathroom only had one working light bulb, there was a leak in the window in the bedroom, and the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. The property owner also does not communicate via VRBO or text or listen to voicemails.

This apartment puts you in the heart of the action of the French Quarter. You'll hear the sounds of the street, but it's far enough away to not be an issue (maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper). It was very clean and modern and in a unique place with rooftop views and even a small pool. The property manager, Larry, was a big help, too.

The unit was very clean and centrally located. Additionally, Larry, our contact, was very responsive and helpful.
Others should be aware that you have to go through several sets of doors and cross a rooftop boardwalk of sorts to access the unit. I didn't see this covered anywhere in the description, but I could have missed it. With luggage, it can be a hassle to access the unit.
Our one negative experience was that we had an individual enter the unit without our permission. My partner and I were laying down when we heard knocking. We ignored this and at that time the individual unlocked the door and entered the unit. He left immediately when he saw us.
We contacted Larry who answered immediately and eased our minds a bit that it was almost certainly maintenance trying to access our AC. I won't lie however that I didn't feel as comfortable after that point.

The apartment was clean, and in the centre of the action of the quarter, but a welcome oasis from the hustle bustle.
The only drawback was a lack of grocery stores in the area, but that can't be helped. Larry the property manager was helpful, and easily reached. I would stay again without a doubt.

the apartment was super clean and tidy. and a perfect location, just walking distance from bourbon street and tons of places to shop, eat, drink, look around. the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. i would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place in a great location. We felt very safe here and loved that we could also do laundry. I would only suggest a small dining table and chairs to complete the kitchen.

The pull out couch was a little uncomfortable. The mattress is kind of blown out, needs replacing but is clean. The king size bed was great. Great location too. Would definitely recommend.

It was extremely convenient to be in walking distance to many places we wanted to see while nice and quiet. The manager was very helpful, gave us great tips, and was always clear and quick in communicating with us. Great job, Larry!
Our only disappointment with the place is that the owner has not provided adequate furnishings, in particular, there's no table at which to sit and eat and zero chairs (there's a sofa). When there were just two of us we made do but the place says it can sleep four people, which it can because it has a double sofa bed. But even if you eat every meal out, which we did not for the 6 days and nights we were in town, there aren't places to sit when you're inside except for on the sofa.
There's plenty of space for a table and chairs. There was no picture of a dining set on VRBO but because the listing includes "dining area" and full kitchen, we assumed there must be one. Until that's rectified, the listing should specify the absence of a table and chairs.
Once that's take care of, we would happily stay here again as well as recommending it to others.

This condo was an amazing place to stay. Just off Bourbon Street but there was no noise to keep you up. Walking distance from all the places in the French Quarter. Do not hesitate about staying here. We will stay here again. Thank you

The unit was clean and comfortable. But what made this unit exceptional was the property manager, Gerald. He was very helpful and extremely accommodating through the check in process. I will definitely be using one of Geralds properties in the future.

Perfect Location
This is a great apartment for those who want to be in the French Quarter and also a quiet reprieve from the crowds. The apartment is as pictured. The place was clean, with fresh sheets/blankets and towels. Pillows were comfy. I would suggest the owner replace the rugs, as they seem a bit permanently dirty. I would also recommend to get additional curtains, as the garage lights shine through the blinds a little at night - for those who want a pitch dark room for sleeping. The check-in/out was super easy, Gerald was very helpful and nice. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome location, amenities, and service
My wife, 2 year old son, and I really enjoyed our time here. It was surprisingly quiet given such close proximity to bourbon st. As a small family needing to carry around some baggage and a stroller while we toured New Orleans, it was so convenient to have access to the adjacent garage for our rental car. Coordinating with Gerald as easy and great. He was tremendously helpful and accommodating. We are already planning to come back.

Spring Break getaway
Just wanted to leave a little message regarding this property.
1. Joanne was amazing. She met me on the site and walked through the process of getting in and out of the property. Parking in the lot was easy and I would recommend since you can come and go as you please.
2. The property itself felt like a little home away from home. The artwork on the wall and the small decorations make it better than any hotel and comes with a kitchen. The rooms cooled quickly and were all very clean. Plenty of towels and everyday items were easily found.
3. Location - close to anything and everything you could want. Everything was a short walk and in well-lit areas. Several bars and restaurants of quality were a stone's throw away.
With all things said, this is a wonderful property to stay at and I would stay again.
