We tried to make the best of Mt. Hood 12 but all in all we wouldn’t stay here again:/ Pros: 5 bedrooms (w/ 2 masters suites) & game room were nice to have room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. Good variety of games. Location was good. Lots of bikes/ trailers Cons: the entire home needs deep cleaned! Filthy furniture ( chairs in living room, dining room, barstools) couch in game room has definitely seen better days. Cobwebs, spiders (4 in main floor master bedroom alone !) As we were there for Thanksgiving we made a dinner but definitely could use a better set of pots/pans ( missing lids) there were two hand mixers but only one working. No cheese slicer. Main floor master shower/ bath needs attention, mildew on shower head, space between shower and vanity doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years?!? This could be a nice home for a large group with some time and effort put into updating , cleaning and maintenance!

Great floorplan with 5 bedrooms and each floor has an ensuite. Equipped with gas grill, foosball table and jacuzzi. It comes with many towels, bikes and plenty SHARC passes. All that being said, the house's cleanness is a concern especially if you care about bath tub, bed sheets, and mouldy blinds. Great memories with family but not a place I would come back.

The property is in a great location, we were able to use the bikes on various walks and bike rides.
We really enjoyed the openness of the living room, dinning and kitchen.
The only thing was TVs had a a hard time connecting to the internet, which wasn’t terrible because we really wanted to limit tv watching but if you are looking forward to watching movies or a game that my be a problem.
Overall it was clean, welcoming and a great experience.

We stayed here for our family vacation. The house accommodated us well however the home is dated & the house could use a thorough cleaning especially the floors. We could tell one of the bed’s box spring was broke as soon as we got in the room because the bed was sagging. Management tried to repair it right away but unfortunately broke again as soon as someone sat on the bed so the family in that room just slept on the floor the whole week. Otherwise we enjoyed the location of the house and the daily deer visits!

Perfect for our family!
Great location—close to a SHARC and the Village. Our family loved having a variety of bikes available to use and the SHARC passes! A/C was an added bonus since we had some hot days. When the A/C wasn’t working properly, someone came out quickly to repair, which we appreciated. It was so easy to contact and communicate when the property managers. Thank you for a great house for our family vacation!

I have stayed in many VRBO's. This home was lacking a lot of things a person usually would find. There was no saran wrap, foil, plastic ziplock bags, no hair dryer in downstairs master. Master bathroom had 2 towels but had a lot of beach towels. House was fairly clean. My daughter found a dog bone under her bed...kinda grossed her out. House definitely could use some updates.

When our grandson decided to get married near Bend, we immediately knew we were renting from Sunset Lodging and staying in Sunriver. The 5 bedroom house was perfect for us. The layout of the house was great, one king downstairs for Grandpa (and a huge closet with and air mattress available). Enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Large dining room table with an additional table behind that and four chairs at the bar meant everyone could eat together. Not having AC was not an issue, it cooled down at night and there were many fans provided. Used the garage for one car to help with the parking- four cars max in the driveway. Liked having a good selection of bikes but had limited time to use them due to the wedding. Enjoyed the SHARC one session since there was limited access due to COVID and staffing. Used the hot tub at the house several times which stayed clean with the floating chemical dispenser. House was clean, just wear and tear on the kitchen cabinets and an older carpet. Furniture was nice. Kitchen was well stocked for the limited cooking we did. Only issue I had was that the filter in the bottom of the dishwasher hadn't been cleaned for ??- with COVID I found this distressing. Otherwise, house was very clean. Lots of towels for everyone, laundry room was useful, extra little family room with TV was great. Thank You Sunset Lodging!

This house sleeps 14. We had 9 and were swimming in rooms. Foosball table had three balls. Code checkin went seamlessly. Used the stoller and walked to many places. Hot tub was clean and easy to access. No coffee provided, but there was sugar. (Sometimes the coffee is a little bonus.) TVs were a bit finicky. Overall very clean, great jet tub in downstairs bathroom.
