My friend and I stayed here for a girl's trip. It was great. Perfect for two people, or even two couples, because both bathrooms are super spacious. We loved the balcony. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the management company was very responsive. As for the noise complaints in one of the reviews, yes, this is across from a bus station, but the apartment is in town. You're going to have noise in the heart of any city. The place is well constructed. There is no noise from neighboring apartments. Stay in the suburbs and drive everywhere if you don't want noise.

Property was great, but the level of noise at night was unacceptable. Motorcycles running all night, being woken up at 1:30 and 3:00 am was unpleasant. Also local people that seemed to be vagrant drug abusers were were very disturbing. Many people in Asheville appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We were solicited for money by many of these people and experienced outburst by them, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Will not return to Asheville.

The unit was as nice as the photos show! There is some noise from the bus station across the street, but it didn't bother me or my friend...We walked downtown for dinner ,etc...was an easy walk. I wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and tvs as well ,but it isn't a deal breaker...I'd definitely rent this unit again!!! The communication on how to get into the building, parking, etc was very good!

We had an amazing time this past weekend. The apartment is immaculate and exactly as described with secured parking and building. Great location just a few minute walk to the downtown. Perfect for two couples. We will be back! Thanks for hosting us

The accommodations were exactly as described on the website. This was our first time to the western part of North Carolina. The city of Asheville was absolutely beautiful with many breweries in restaurants. If there was any drawback, I would say the property is located across the street from public transportation. They were certain times of the day where they were “undesirables walking around.

We stayed Wednesday thru Friday. The place is immaculate, very close to downtown, the beds are very comfy, rooms are very clean, beddings were fresh & fluffed, nice sunrise view from the terrace, kitchen was well equipped, and the best part; you can just walk to downtown, wicked weed brewery & many more. Love this place, we are definitely coming back!

This property was spotless & clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Location is just one block away from downtown. Asheville is so walkable. Only issue is the number of homeless in Asheville who chose to sleep in the doorways of the building and nearby. At night the general area felt a bit rough. BUT the building itself and parking was VERY secure. Balconies offered a lovely view as well.

We walked all over town, this was the closest we’ve been able to stay and location was perfect. Just South of Patton, half a mile from Walnut, pet friendly, spacious condo with two large bathrooms.

The condo was nice as pictured. It is very close to downtown and was a short walk from many shops, restaurants and bars. It is however, directly across the street from the bus station. Parking is also challenging if you have more than one car. The second car has to be parked in a lot next to the condo and payment updated every 8 hours or so. Overall it was a nice stay, but those are two things I wish I had known when making the reservation,

Perfection in many ways
This until was perfectly located within walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants in Asheville. It was well-appointed, very clean, well-decorated and comfortable with many 'at home' type add-ons, e.g., fully stocked kitchen, extra thick blankets, balcony seating, cozy beds and pillows, extra towels - quality throughout. Parking was secure and enclosed - really nice. In addition, pet friendly! Will stay here again the next time we are in Asheville. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the location of this vrbo. It was a short walk to most of our reservations, less than 5 minute walk to multiple breweries in the South Slope. Tupelo Honey is only a short 5 minute walk away as well! We really enjoyed our time there! Plenty of room to hangout, and spend time recuperating from the day/night before. Digital keypad access made garage and lobby entrances feel safe and secure. Everyone wore a mask when inside the building's hallways, parking garage and elevators! Highly recommend, would like to stay here again in the future!
