Loved everything about the property! The condo was meticulously clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week and cook large dinners every night. Even the knives were sharp!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our family. It was true to its description and very clean! There were several nice touches such as coffee and filters. It is a lovely condo and beds were very comfortable. We definitely want to come back! Communication with the owner was very easy and he was quick to respond! Five star!

This property is fantastic. The location is great for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, with the other an easy drive away. The property manager was very responsive to communications with us from the moment we arrived until we left Salt Lake City. Having said that, though, because the property was in perfect condition, we needed very little communication! Thank you for a great place to stay - I look forward to returning when the time comes.

Everything about this rental far exceeded our expectations.They thought of EVERYTHING!The home was very very clean and comfortable,The layout was impressive and so much thought shows in how beautifully decorated it was,The owner Jim and property manager Stacy have obviously put so much care and effort into this home which made our family trip to SLC a dream ,We’re from Hawaii and are hoping to make this home an annual getaway.Absolutely loved every single thing about the home !!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is very clean and the views are breathtaking. This is also the first VRBO we have stayed where we didn’t have to go buy toiletries and paper goods just for a short stay. We would love to stay again!!

Perfect location close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and easy access to interstate to get anywhere in Salt Lake City. Great communication with both owner and property manager. The place seemed very clean. We were in the area to move our son back into the dorms and spend a few days showing his grandmother the beauty of the mountains. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we cooked for a few of his dorm friends one night. The hot tub was clean and in good working order for them to enjoy. There was a bedroom with a private bath on the main level for ease of access to our elderly guest. The stairs to get in the condo were easy for her to manage. We arrived late in the evening for check in, but instructions were easy to access the unit and there was coffee in the kitchen for our first morning. The garage and laundry room were great as we used the garage to store items for the dorm until move-in day, and we had bedding to wash for preparation for move-in. Overall, a very comfortable, easy and relaxed stay. Would consider staying here again on our next visit.

Even though this property is right off the main loop freeway for Salt Lake City, and about 15-20 minutes from the airport, you’re immersed in the beautiful Wasatch outdoors! This condo has a spectacular view of the giant Wasatch mountains which are literally in your backyard.
We loved how clean the condo was. We really appreciated how well stocked it was: all the details from the kitchen to the laundry room were taken care of.
The owner has decorated this with a tasteful representation of the great outdoor opportunities in the state of Utah!
We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend this property.

Just book it!
This was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in this area. The condo is very well appointed, from furnishings, bedding, decor, artwork, and a very extensively supplied kitchen. The views are beautiful, the private hot tub deck nestled in the tree is so lovely. There was a hummingbird nest just above our heads.
It was very quiet and peaceful at the condo, and the walkable coffee shop and restaurants made for great ease.
Jim and Stacey were prompt to respond to questions and overall we just loved our stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The property owner is very responsive, informative, and accommodating. This rental included many extra amenities like a stocked kitchen and laundry room and was super clean. Our getaway was a blast!

From the moment of our reservation, the property owner had great communication and clearly communicated check in procedures making our late night arrival a breeze. The property was meticulous and well appointed. We were there almost a week and felt right at home. The home is cozy and well laid out with a beautiful master suite on the top floor. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect ski house for our family
We've stayed in many places in Cottonwood Heights and this is the perfect fit for our family. Very nice attention to detail, good layout, and even a great sound system. Hope to stay next year.

Perfect Home for Utah Ski Trip
Every aspect of this home was perfect for our family ski trip. The owner is responsive and accommodating. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware and equipment and many basics, and there are thoughtful touches throughout, like wireless phone chargers, a room for warming ski boots and equipment, several good family games, motion-detecting night lights, and of curse the private hot tub on the deck! The location was even better than we expected — very centrally located if you want to ski a number of different Utah resorts. Restaurants, a convenience store, and a ski equipment rental location (With discounted lift tickets) are within walking distance, and grocery stores are 5 minutes away. We’d highly recommended this home for your vacation!

Dream location for downtown convention access
This property is really great. Lots of rooms and beds and a hot tub!! It’s very clean and well equipped. We love working with Stacey the property manager and found access super easy. We love how close we are to the mountains for hiking, great grocery stores like Whole Foods, excellent restaurants (The Porcupine, and Lonestar Taqueria), and a 20 minute drive to the Salt Palace convention center down town. This is our 3rd year staying in the same neighborhood because we like it so much.

We had a family group and the condo was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We enjoyed the decor and the original artwork in the condo. Communication with both the owner and property manager was great. We had an infant with us and used a service recommended by the owner that delivered some baby gear, which was super helpful; the property manager facilitated the drop-off and pick-up of the baby items, which was great. The check-in and out process was easy and they were able to work with our flight arrival and departure. Highly, highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great first visit to beautiful Utah!

Absolute gem in Salt Lake
Jim's property is one of the best ones my friends and I have stayed at for a ski getaway. It certainly was the most perfectly stocked out of any properties I've ever stayed at. Every little detail was thought of - from tissue boxes on both bedside tables in every room, to ample amounts of toilet tissue and paper towels, etc. It is rare to find vacation homes outfitted with the comforts of home, but Jim and his manager Stacey have obviously made a great effort to make sure this property has it all.
The townhouse itself is a great size for groups. We had two couples and 3 single friends and an infant and it was perfect. Everyone had access to space and bathrooms and the layout was great for privacy.
Both the owner, Jim, and manager Stacey, were easy to reach from booking to check out. They were friendly and thoughtful and I know our group appreciated it.
If you're heading to Snowbird or Alta, the location doesn't get any better unless you're on the mountain. This is personally the perfect location for a group looking to get on the slopes quickly while having the options of dining in some of the best Salt Lake City has to offer easily. The restaurants/coffee shop within walking distance were also delicious and an added bonus.
We love to come to SLC for ski trips and will definitely keep our fingers crossed that this property is available for future trips!!

This was perfect for our ski weekend at Snowbird & Alta and easy drive to visit friends in Park City. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen, warm & inviting. This will be a first choice the next time we're in the area.

Perfect Stay - Great Condo!!
Really nice property, Jim did a great job with the remodel. Lot's of attention to detail in the Condo. .Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were all very nice. BBQ and Hot Tub were great. My wife and three adult kids spent four great nights. Location is perfect, super close to all ski resorts, restaurants and grocery store are also close by.
Definitely will come back.

Outstanding Property, Owner & Manager!
This is our second year in a row renting this unit. The owner, property manager and the unit each get 5 out of 5 stars. The unit is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. If you like to cook, the unit has the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in my 17 years of renting ski condos. The improvements and upgrades made throughout the unit over the past two years have made what was already a great place to stay into one that is exceptional . Both the owner and property manager have a hands on approach and were extremely helpful in addressing any issues and questions during our stay at the condo. In a nutshell, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay at this unit and are looking forward to returning for a third stay during next year's ski season.

Amazing Home!! Amazing Location!!
We met family in Utah and were so lucky to have found this amazing home to rent!! When we arrived there was a bottle of wine some chocolates and a bag of coffee!! Thank you very much for that!! The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept! Every need was met!! Shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in every bathroom!!! My absolute favorite thing is the heater feature in the shower area!! No more freezing after a shower! Genius!! Garage door openers for the cars is another thoughtful gesture!! The kitchen is so well stocked!! The knives were sharp!! My family and my sisters family enjoyed the hot tub after great days of skiing!! So much fun to sit outside in the hot tub as its snowing!! We met Stacey the hostess and she was available if we had any needs! How wonderful that there is someone on site in case something comes up!! Jim provided us with many great tips of where to ski and shop and eat!!! We also met a very nice neighbor and her cute dog Ned!! Everyone was so friendly!! We can't say enough great things about this property. We are definitely going to come back!!! Thank you for such an amazing place to stay while we enjoyed the beautiful mountains!!!

Wonderful property!!
Was glad to stay at Jim's home again. His recent upgrades are fantastic. Enjoyed skiing the first snow of the season at Alta, and relaxing in the hot tub afterwards. Great communications with the owner and property manager. Will be coming back.

Exceptional stay!!
We stayed here earlier this year before the recent renovation, and it was great. Now with all the improvements it is wonderful. The new window in the living room has a great mountain view. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast at the table and looking at the snow covered mountains. The new stone fireplace, the new flooring, the new furniture and the new wall colors all make this a fantastic home away from home. We cooked most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed our short stay. Beds were very comfortable, and linens of high quality. Pictures are accurate but don’t do it justice. Looking forward to coming back. Five stars all around. Excellent contact with owner and manager.

Wonderful property for the entire family!
This is our second time staying at one of Jim's homes. You are welcomed with a plate full of home baked cookies and a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. This house was so conveniently located. The ski rental place was walking distance from the front door and they were helpful and quick to get us our gear. There were nice grocery stores and pharmacies right around the corner. A restaurant called the Porcupine grill was, again, walking distance and had really fun/delicious food. There is also a really cool restaurant called La Caille, just around the corner, a bit pricey but great for a final special meal before going back to reality. There were these peacocks running all around the La Caille property! The rooms of the house were large sized. The place was very clean. Everyone in our party had their own room. It was beautifully decorated. As an excellent home chef, the kitchen was very well stocked with gourmet pots and pans, sharp knives etc. I also noticed they had a crockpot and a waffle maker in the cabinets. They had many spices, salt, pepper, oil, pam, sugar etc. which we did not need to purchase. We had 3 delicious meals at the home and wonderful breakfasts every day. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of skiing and I loved the fireplace in the living room. They also had the leather reclining chair from Norway which I wish I had at home. We all fought over who would get to sit in it every night! Best of all, I left my tablet on the master bed and did not realize it until I was at the airport. I called Stacey, the property manager, and she immediately hopped in her car and brought it to me. I never got to see her, in person, to thank her. It was passed to me through a security supervisor but I was so impressed! Talk about being there 100% for your clients. You just don't see that type of service anymore. Thank you Stacey and Jim for making our stay wonderful as always. We will be back again!
