Awful bed, loud condo, cold pool, 4 knives and forks, dead or no batteries in remotes and the smoke alarm started chirping at 1am.

The views of the caribbean sea were beautiful and the location of the condo was nice. It is a bit of drive by golf cart from San Pedro, but seeing the sights along the way was an enjoyable experience. Several restaurants were close by and had delicious food. Loved seeing the iguanas each morning around the property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Water Villa. You will need a golf cart to get around. Must make the trip to Margaritaville. There is a lot of nice restaurants around if you don't want to make the trip to town. Pool is a nice asset. You can also walk for miles on the beach front. All in all nice place to relax.

A little farther up north than we thought ( 1/2 ) joyy it r ride in cart to and from is a little time consuming, but at the same time fun.
All in all would recommend to anyone.

quiet settings close to good restaurants. The apartment was confortable but lacked a few small items to make it truly liveable: functional can opener, dish drainer, scissors, mixing bowl, storage containers , hooks for clothes and towels in the small bathroom. No direct contact with management but only through a very efficient ground keeper. The concierge was available to organize entertainment via WhatsApp .

The privacy away from the hustle and bustle of town was beautiful quiet with the Ocean sound coming through the patio door was amazing however the room itself was dirty less no toilet paper in the bathroom the Villa Key was left in the door when we arrived not in the lock box the A/C unit in the living room didn’t work so it was hot in there all the time no mirrors in the bedroom only one in the bathroom so you couldn’t see urself getting ready or your hair unless i’m the bathroom dead bug on the floor in the kitchen like no one cleaned it up from before. However the Villa itself over all was nice

Condo is situated about 5 miles north of town and was very quiet and inviting...just what we were looking for to relax. All people in condo were very friendly and helpful. Ana, the concierge, was very helpful...she helped make our connections very easy...thank you!! We will definitely be back as we enjoyed our time there...wonderful place to visit and so much fun!!

This was a great location. A few miles north of "down town" and very peaceful but still practical to get it live music and fun activities. Access was painless and communication was great. Loved it!

Loved the location. We don't want to be in town and love to go snorkeling north of El Norte. This was a great location. Glad to be on the ocean side but set back a bit from the road. Unit was clean and a nice size - glad to have a washer/dryer, microwave, coffee pot (although small), stove, and fridge. Comfortable bed.

Blue Water Beach Villas Awesome Place
Love Blue Water Beach Villas, all apartments here are clean, spacious, all apartments have direct access to the swimming pool and ocean, all apt have ocean views. Friendly sweet people around, thinking of buying a place here.

Blue Water Beach Villas were beautiful. The balcony was huge with beautiful views of the Caribbean Ocean. Lands Keepers do a nice job keeping area well maintained.
It was helpful having a full kitchen to cook a few of our meals and a washer and dryer. We had problems with no internet access the first two days but that was eventually rectified.
Suggestions would be to have printed and laminated papers in a folder with helpful information of area; grocery stores, bakeries (no bread in grocery stores) and restaurants with their location and hours of operation.
Many that you find on line are not in operation anymore.
Emergency number to call if needed.
Rules for Villa.
Entertainment contact information for snorkeling, diving, and fishing excursions.
We came into town on No Movement day and most restaurants and all grocery stores were closed. We had no internet but were lucky that one of the Villas was occupied with a very nice man who knew the area and shared his internet with us and where to order take out from (one of the few restaurants opened on No Movement Day so we didn’t have to wait until the morning to eat.
Otherwise our stay at Blue Water Beach Villas was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo is nice, most of your needs are available, great view, parking easy, AC worked great, clean, and safe. Lacking in kitchen cookware. Disappointed that you only are given the water that is provided, once that is out you have to purchase your own. Nice place. Very clean and very quiet. The North side of the island is very beautiful. It’s 6 miles North of San Pedro but the road was in better shape than last year. Portofino is a nice restaurant close by. We drove up to el Norte and had Tacos and a few drinks. Wonderful people!!! We will definitely return.

Not so good
We were unsure what we are to do with our key at check out. It was just in the door when we arrived. We never got the code for the lock box outside our door. It appeared broken when we got there.
We did not see or meet the property manager our entire stay and had to beg the grounds keepers for toilet paper, drinking water, laundry soap to wash our dirty towels due to the fact that there is no daily or bi-daily house keeping. We were not happy with the mold in the shower or the general uncleanliness of the surfaces here. Unfortunstely the only cleaning supplies were dish washer pods and dish soap. We also had to purchase our own bar soap due to none being provided.
There are 6 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom units in this complex with a total of 5 lounge chairs for the entire place.
I just thought you might want to be aware of these issues. We have heard some other bad stories from others staying .

Fell in love with this place the minute I walked in!
What's not to love about to love about this place? Location, décor, amenities and the stunning view into the pool and the ocean, both day and night! Michaela, Operations Manager/Concierge, is the best! From the time I booked my reservation until I left, she was always on top of everything and during my stay checking in frequently to see if there was anything she could help with. Arranged transportation as well through her and everything was flawless. Amazing place and outstanding service - what else can one I ask for? Went alone, last-minute and still had an amazing time! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! I felt right at home! :)

Paradise
Very nice accommodations. Great views. Out of town a 5 miles. Doesn’t sound like much but it takes 30-40 minutes by golf cart to reach toll bridge.
