Wonderful home and ideal location. Perfect for anyone visiting the Naval Academy or wanting to be near downtown Annapolis.

This spot was exactly as pictured/ described and is perfect for an Annapolis getaway. The location could not be better - we walked the entire town and the Naval base with ease. Checking in and parking were easy and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was located in the perfect location within walking distance to everything in the Historic District and very close to the water and plenty of waterfront dining to choose from and lots of shopping and history to check out! I stayed there with my sisters for a girls trip and our only complaint was that they could have put in even 10 minutes to sweep away the cob webs and blow off the outdoor area as there were tons of dropping from the trees everywhere and so many bugs and cobwebs everywhere. We spent a decent amount of time sitting outside in the evening and would have enjoyed it a bit more if they had cleaned it up a bit! Over all it was a nice relaxing stay!

We had a great stay in Annapolis. You could not beat the location of the house and the house itself was very comfortable and clean - perfect for our getaway when we had to come down for work and made it a little vacation too!

I stayed in this rental while my son was at lacrosse camp at the academy. I give this listing an A++. From the cleanliness of the house to the great neighbors to the closeness of everything and everything in between, it was all amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

We came into town for the Naval Academy lacrosse camp! This was a perfect location- right across the street! The home was well stocked with everything we needed! We appreciated the use of the parking pass for the parking structure. We got our steps in—but it was nice because restaurants, shopping we in close proximity! Kara and Andy are wonderful hosts! We had a chance to get to know the neighbors who were extremely nice and helpful! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

A friend and I stayed at this clean home in a perfect location. We parked the car in the provided spot in a lot and we walked everywhere! The house was comfortable and had exactly what we needed. Thank you so much, we would stay again!

This house was amazing for our stay! We were dropping our daughter off at USNA. We were able to walk in and out of Gate 1 quickly and easily. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was clean and nice. We would love to stay here again in the future!

House is walking distance to everything.

The property was perfectly situated. Everything was close at hand. The parking at Gotts Court was used to store the car for a couple of days. Everything was within walking distance. Great place to stay

Kara’s place in downtown Annapolis was absolutely perfect! Kara was also very responsive when we reached out with some questions and even accommodated an early check in time. My bridesmaids and I had a great time hanging out in the living room and kitchen the morning of the wedding- couldn’t ask for a better place and host!

This property is so good for visiting your Mid or for any other reason when in Annapolis. Very historic house on East St., so close to everything Annapolis has. Having a spot in the parking garage is a plus. This property has lots of room for a group of 4 to 6. But that is just my opinion, we like to stretch out. Highly recommended and will be a place we search up first for our next visit.

Check in was easy with the touch pad. Kara was very responsive. We had a last minute change to our stay. It was supposed to be just my husband and I, but our daughter, her husband and our one year old grandson decided to make the trip!! No problem having the toddler - there was plenty of room! Location is the BEST!!! Our son attends the USNA so it is a quick walk to Gate 1. Parking can be tricky, but they provide a parking pass in a garage not too far away. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. And a washer/dryer, which was key since it rained on and off all weekend. This is our second time staying at this property since it so convenient to everything. We will be back for sure!!

Location of house is perfect to enjoy activities both at the Naval Academy and downtown. Having a parking pass for a nearby lot was awesome.

The house was perfect for my wife and I and our son and Daughter in-law. It is set up for full eat in if you choose but as we were there for the boat show and walking all day we went out for dinners and had breakfast in. It was a great 3 days!

We booked this stay to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. My husband and I were married in Annapolis last September 18th surrounded by family and friends. Returning to celebrate was special. Due to unforseen events our original booking from Friday to Sunday needed to be adjusted. It also meant 2 of our friends would not be able to join us..That said, Kara was exceptional and her graciousness appreciated..Kara was able to accommodate our request and we Saturday and Sunday into Monday. She was extremely communicative and responded timely. The home and property was absolutely perfect. Well maintained, clean and decorated lovely. The home had everything we could have needed. The location is prime and everything is within walking distance. Navel Academy a stones throw away..We liked that we had the quietness of this location after the business of the day..we would definately love to return Thank you again Kara for a lovely stay. We had a lovely first anniversary celebration. Kind regards maureen and mike

The location of this property could not be better and the house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen worked very well for us and was well supplied. We were not familiar with Annapolis and did not realize how parking can be difficult there so we did make use of the space in covered parking that the owner graciously provides. The walk to the garage where the space is located took us (we are in our upper 60's) probably close to 12 minutes and we got to see more of the town that way, which was good, but thankfully the events we were in Annapolis to attend did not require a car and Hurricane Ian did not rain hard at the times we were out. So if you are going to Annapolis for purposes that do not mean much use of a car, as we were, this will be a great place to stay.

This property is a real gem and a great find! Steps from USNA main gate and perfectly situated in town to be super convenient, but not noisy at all! Home was immaculately clean and we were grateful for strong AC and gorgeous modern bathroom. Kitchen had absolutely everything anyone could need. Thank you for a great visit!
