Profitez des chambres d’hôtes au premier étage avec deux lits, une baignoire, une grande cuisine, un salon, une salle à manger, une laverie, une piscine chauffée et un bain à remous. Descendez la rue jusqu'au mont Bonnell où vous verrez le pont 360 sur le lac Austin. Situé au coeur d'Austin, vous serez à 5-7 minutes du centre-ville et du domaine!
En plus des chambres d'hôtes du premier étage, les deuxième et troisième étages sont répertoriés séparément dans notre liste "Toute la maison". Les clients n'auront pas accès au deuxième ou au troisième étage à moins que la liste complète de la maison ne soit réservée.
Notre maison est aménagée comme un appartement, de sorte que les quartiers des invités et le deuxième étage sont complètement isolés les uns des autres. Il est possible que vous entendiez parfois des pas de pied au-dessus de vous!

A group of us stayed here for a bachelor party and had a nice time. The house is lovely and provided plenty of space for everyone. It was a little difficult to find blankets and pillows for all of the beds but eventually we did and all 16 guests had their own bed. The larger side of the oven also didn't work but we made do. The hot tub also wasn't working throughout our stay (besides being semi-warm the first night) which was pretty disappointing. They said they could make it hotter if we didn't heat the pool, but from that point onward both the hot tub and pool were ice cold. They were quick to respond to our messages but unfortunately the issue was never resolved and the group was pretty bummed about that.
Lastly, the house is in a nice residential neighborhood and apparently the neighbors aren't happy it is being used as a rental. We had the police come out our second day because a neighbor had called - not because we were being too loud, but because they saw a group of people arriving and wanted the police to make a report that the house was being used as a short term rental. Apparently they get called every time a new group comes, because the house doesn't yet have official authorization for rental use.
Overall, the house worked well for our large group and was conveniently located just a quick 20min ride-share to most things in Austin.

Lovely home sitting on a hill top with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, all soaps, cleaning supplies, luxury sheets & towels etc. We enjoyed our morning walks to Mount Bonnell and walking to Russells bakery to get muffins and coffee each morning. This location cant be beat. 8 min drive to UT, 7 mins to downtown, and so many incredible restaurants nearby. I miss Austin, and this house made me want to move back even more! Thanks Valerie.

This place was better than described. It was very open and large even for our group of 20 individuals. There was more than enough room and space for groups to wander around and get lost, and the pool was an awesome addition. This place was very clean, and everything was in perfect working order. There were two kitchens, one on each floor, which made it very convenient. This place was also very isolated, with trees and other greenery allowing some privacy, and never had an issue with playing music outside. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues we had. It was a very convenient location to get an uber/lyft for a short trip to the bars downtown. It was also a nice area to get to Lake Travis for a day trip we organized. If I am in Austin with a big group, I will likely stay here again.

Valarie was very professional and communicative prior to our arrival. The neighborhood was gorgeous and conveniently located near downtown Austin. There was plenty of space for our party and we were all quite comfortable. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Valarie. I really enjoyed the steam room in the master bedroom and the kitchen was massive (plus there is a second one on the lower level). The only drawback was a lack of a bathroom in the top floor/loft area. All of our guests staying up there had to share a bathroom downstairs and it was a minor inconvenience. Other than that, the home was perfect and I would highly recommend!

Valarie was very professional and communicative prior to our arrival. The neighborhood was gorgeous and conveniently located near downtown Austin. I really enjoyed the steam room in the master bedroom and the kitchen was massive (plus there is a second one on the lower level). Absolutely it's up to me to read the listing. At the same time I think the listing title can be updated to more accurately reflect the listing itself. This listing is for the guest house in a large house. While the guest house was nice and the pool area is advertised...there were better priced options available for the amount we paid for just the guest house of this property. Also when I called the owner, not the property manager (property manager was amazing), about the accuracy of the listing she was more condescending in her replies to me...clearly there have been others who've had this same issue...again the place is nice...but based on the interactions with the owner and the price of other locations in the area, I would not stay there again. The TV options were limited...there was no local cable...only Netflix, Sling, Amazon, etc...

Slice of Heaven
Floor to ceiling windows with panoramic downtown views. Incredible pool and deck fit for entertaining a crowd. Comfy beds and pillows are a must and this house did not disappoint! 5 mins to shopping at The Domain as well as 6th street, yet the house felt completely private and secluded from the city. Perfect house for a group. We will definitely rent again!

Lovely private stay with amazing views
We rented this listing for a celebration of a bride to be! We loved how beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy the space was and the pool deck was a dream come true. It is located in a fabulous Austin neighborhood just a short drive from downtown and the check in was so, so smooth and easy! Valerie was a quick text away for any questions we had and I would most definitely rent this space again! Cheers!
