Nice condo in a great location. Had a good stay with the family, kids loved the pool and wife and I enjoyed the morning walks on the beach.

Property was well stocked and maintained. Views are great. Our boys enjoyed pickle ball courts and corn hole boards. Loved visiting the beach during the day then a relaxing splash in the pool before heading out for dinner. Close proximity to numerous restaurants, some within walking distance. Check out the storage unit before buying beach chairs, etc.

We had a fantastic time, everything was excellent and really appreciated all the amenities. The beach is perfect for all ages. The condo was updated and has beautiful views of the complex and beach. We will be coming back here again.

This unit was perfect for our stay, it was very clean and had everything we needed. If we go back to IRB I would definitely stay here again or would recommend to anyone else.

The location was perfect and the views ...spectacular! The owner was great also. From upon arrival to our last day. The first weekend we had an issue with the dryer and she immediately rectified the issue. This unit is perfect for a family of 6. We noticed that everything was updated and the grounds were well kept up.

Very Comfortable, Central, Condo
The condo is very clean and comfortable with upgraded furnishings and appliances. We really enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to next year.

We loved our stay! This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful location! We were so close to our favorite restaurants including Keegans which is our all time favorite. We will be back next February. Thanks Dania for the great place with a gorgeous view!

Not a five star by a long shot
Soap dispensers rusted. Dishwasher doesn’t work well. No lights work in master. Dishes dirty. No cabinet for guest food. Pots need replaced. Living room furniture awful. Dania was rude when called her. Old food dropped in drawers that was still there. A little tlc would go a long way. Only 2 dish towels and 1 dish cloth. Constantly washing them. TV hard to figure out and no instructions anywhere. Would be nice to have all the light switches labeled so you know what lights and fans they turn on.
On the upside. Nice
Location. Condo building itself clean just this unit was not as depicted in reviews. I would have liked an honest review. Guess my expectations are high for a 5 star rating.

Wonderful!
My husband and I rented this condo with two of our couple friends. The accommodations were wonderful and clean. The kitchen was fantastic. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunsets. Thank you, Dania!

Wonderful Place To Stay on the Gulf
This condo on the gulf was everything that the VRBO description promised. The unit was clean and spacious. The ocean view was amazing. Location is conveniently located near the airport, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs. Red Tide was not an issue. We would definitely return.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
The unit we stayed in was beautiful and newly remodeled with amazing views of the gulf. While the overall property is a bit dated, it was very clean and offered everything we needed - convenient parking, pool, hot tub and most importantly, easy access to the beach! The management team was very easy to work with making check in and out very simple. We will definitely be back!

WELL EQUIPPED PLACE AND LOVELY VIEW
THIS PLACE WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. IT HAD EVERYTHING NEEDED TO ACCOMMODATE OUR FAMILY. THE LAYOUT MADE IT SEEM BIGGER THAN IN THE PICTURES. THE KITCHEN WAS AMAZINGLY WELL EQUIPPED AND HAD EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN ANY OTHER CONDOS WE HAVE STAYED AT. FROM TRASH BAGS TO DISHWASHER SOAP TO OLIVE OIL. DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE IT ALL SINCE PRIOR GUESTS MAY HAVE FINISHED CERTAIN SUPPLIES BUT IT DEFINITELY SURPRISED US TO HAVE ALL THOSE EXTRAS. DANIA RESPONDS PROMPTLY AND WANTS TO HELP. OUR ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE BEACH. THE RED TIDE HAS DEFINITELY AFFECTED THE AREA AND THERE'S A LARGE AMOUNT OF DEAD FISH IN THE OCEAN AND SAND. IT SEEMS TO BE CLEANED EVERY DAY BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO ENJOY IT. NOTHING THE HOST CAN DO ABOUT IT. WE TRIED TO HANG OUT AT THE BEACH AND STARTED COUGHING WITHIN THE HOUR AND HAD THIS VERY UNPLEASANT SMELL. JUST BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. WE WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK - JUST AT THE RIGHT TIME OF THE YEAR WHEN THE BEACH IS ENJOYABLE.

Beautiful condo with amazing Views!
Our party included 2 families of 4, kids from 3-10 year’s old. This condo was everything we needed and more! Clean, beautiful, new appliances, fully equipped with a cookware, utensils, plenty of coffee mugs, standard coffee pot, and glassware. It is a spacious 3 bedroom with an amazing view of the gulf and direct access to the beach! The Reef club provides an outdoor shower located near pool and hot tub and a hose at beach entrance to rinse off. The unit even had a pack n’ play, beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrellas. For our visit parking was not an issue, plenty of guest parking besides the spot designated to the unit. If you like ice cream a walk to Kooky Coconuts is recommended and if you forgot / need something there is a convenience store a block away north. We are looking forward to a return trip and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Really great experience.
This unit is really nice, updated, well appointed and great views, well stocked in terms of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The building is really well maintained and the management group was very responsive and easy to work with (Thanks, Dania)!. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars (wish there was a half star option) were that the master bedroom mattress is really hard and very uncomfortable, and the slightest movement, like rolling over, adjusting your pillow, sitting on the edge to tie your shoes, etc makes the bed creak....loud. The other bedroom had a similar hard mattress, but at least the bed didn't creak, so we wound up using that room more to get a better night sleep. That was a shame, because the master is larger, brighter, really nice and has really great water views, but constantly being woken by the discomfort of the mattress and bed was annoying. The only other minor criticism is that while we appreciated that there was a roll of paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom, there was nothing else there for new arrivals ( not even including trash can liners...we wound up using small plastic grocery bags). Most HomeAway places we've stayed (and there have been many over the 15 years I've used the site) usually have a small welcome basket with coffee, creamer, sometimes crackers or something simple like that, so you don't have to run out the door for something first thing. Again, minor details and we would definitely stay here again....(but we cross our fingers that they do something about the master bedroom mattress bed before we return...which we hope will be soon)!

Excellent Condo
The condo was exactly as described and presented in the pictures. The condo looks recently (and tastefully) updated throughout with comfortable beds and great view of the beach. It was perfectly clean and beach towels and chairs were also available. The whole family enjoyed the apartment, beach, pool and hot tub. Communication with Dania was smooth and efficient. We would rent the unit again.

Everything was perfect!
This condo was perfect for our beach vacation with our family of six. Our grandsons especially loved the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. What a neat treat for them. The adults loved the view of ocean from the balcony plus the beautifully decorated accomodations with a kitchen that provided substantial cookware and dishes for all of our needs and great beach access. We highly recommend this condo!

Best Vacation Ever
Dania's Reef Club 406 was beyond perfect for our family of 6 for 10 days. All necessary accommodations are provided including kitchen items and beach chairs/toys. We appreciated Dania's quick responses to ALL questions. This has to be one of the nicest units in the condo building - modern look, well decorated, great AC and huge TV's in every room. The entire condo/grounds is very well maintained. This place is highly-recommended and we would love to stay here again sometime!

Relaxing beach vacation
Great ammenities in a lovely condo resort! After a quick A/C repair when we first arrived, we enjoyed a cool, relaxing stay in a beautiful condo full of many of the comforts of home, while overlooking crashing waves from the bedroom and living room. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies to feed our boys and the family without incurring grumpy kids being pulled away from their delight with the pool/beach. Will look up this rental for my next beach stay!
