Everything was wonderful!! This was the perfect condo for our family to enjoy a week at the beach! Carol did a wonderful job communicating and checking in! We are already looking forward to next year!!!

Excellent townhome. 3/3 literally on the beach. Inside updated and clean. Outside needs lots of TLC. and parking is tight if you have multiple or large vehicles. Overall a great place. Pool is nice no fitness center but there is one close by. Quiet west end - close to grocery, retail and restaurants.

This a wonderful unit for vacation for a young family. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the rooms were very spacious. We had no issues, but there are a lot of stairs, so could be a problem for some--Stairs from the garage into the unit, stairs to the beach and 2 bedrooms are on the second level.

Fantastic location! Could not ask for a better stay. Literally right on the beach, and those sunsets are a must see!

Can't get any closer to the beach! Complex is an older complex but this unit has been painted and somewhat updated. We had a great time but be prepared to go up and down the stairs!

This rental was very nice. Beaches where quite and not over crowded.

Arrived after set check in time (3:10pm), cannot access condo (no key), parking blocked, no one on premises. Called manager, Carol, only reached voicemail, left message to “check in” as instructed and to find out what was going on with condo. Got a text saying unit was not cleaned yet, cleaners at another unit with key & they would be down to clean our rental “soon”. Called Carol at phone number listed. I asked when we could expect the unit to be available to us, as we had an airport pick up run. She was cold, had an attitude/tone, never answered my question and hung up on me mid-sentence. (Hung up mid-sentence on 2 other occasions). We arrived back around 4:30pm, having received no update from Carol. Condo was “surface wiped down”, but had not been adequately cleaned (much less Covid-cleaning standards). Beds were made but my friends checked sheets and found dirty places on them so we stripped, washed, & remade the beds ourselves after getting no response from Carol for a clean sheet supply until the next day. From this point, Carol is non-responsive to any texts, even on the last day when I am asking how she would like us to properly attend to a check-out/checklist item that we read conflicting instructions on. We left the condo in excellent condition (much better than we received it). I continued to follow set rules and texted her when we were checking out. In the itemized charges, there is a sizable charge called “service fee” which is described as a charge levied so renter is assured of reasonable contact & access to a manager throughout the stay if questions or situations arise. The few but significant contacts we made were definitely reasonable. Carol did not do her job, and she is the main reason for my low rating. The condo is nice, the location excellent. But I would not recommend this rental based solely on not wanting anyone else to potentially endure Carol’s anger & rudeness.

Carol was so accommodating and awnsered all my questions. Great view short walk to the beach. Definitely will stay agian.

Great vacation at a great place.

This is such a great place! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You literally step off of your deck onto the beach. Owners were great and quickly replied to any questions we had.

This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures and previous reviews did not do it justice. And the location was just as I expected...a quiet beach during a busy time at Panama City Beach. We loved the balconies, the garage, the three bedrooms, and the three full baths. the owner responded promptly to all my questions and to a maintenance need that arose while we were there. Excellent communication before arriving and afterwards. We will stay here again.

We were absolutely in love with this condo, beach right outside the door, clean as a whistle, can’t wait to return. The twins 60 was no doubt one of the best. Thanks Carol you were the best. Highly recommend this property.
