Location was great.
2 minutes to the beach and a pleasant walk into town.
Facilities were plentiful.
Villa was roomy and comfortable.
Garden setting was private and nicely laid out.
In one bed the bedding was substandard, so had to move bedrooms.
No wifi was inconvenient as we needed to conduct business while holidaying.
Couldn't get hot water in the kitchen sink.
Property showing signs of wear and tear, eg front fly door kept sticking, kitchen cupboards a bit knocked around and noisy exhaust fans.

There were so many additional extras in the kitchen.
The TV remote was difficult to work and it was not easy to link into normal TV channels.

Great comfortable place, perfect for groups and fantastic location - walking distance to the beach and main town. Brian was excellent to liaise with and we had a great time as a group.

Everything, this place is perfect and a total escape from Australian craziness!!
We felt like we had been transported to Paris and what a location. 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk around beach front to town centre. WOW!!

Loved it all!! Amazing location, gorgeous home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want for a chilled, comfortable and relaxed stay. It’s what awesome family holiday memories are made of! Would love to stay again next year!

It did not matter that we got caught in traffic as the keys were in a locked box. We were able to let ourselves in, unload and then quickly duck into town to get some dinner. It was a great location.
Taps in the ensuite needed replacement washers and the toilet ran constantly.

Located within walking distance to the cafes of Dunsborough, but in a quiet location only 200m from the beach. Everything has been provided for.
Hot water supply was limited with multiple people showering in the mornings. After the first morning, with shorter showers this was ok.

just so close to beach literally 2 minute walk down to the most blissful beach I have ever witnessed. and I’m not exaggerating
just a bit hot upstairs but it was an exceptionally hot few days so we don’t expect it to have been any difference. we loved this house can’t fault it

Spacious and quiet property, well furnished and clean. Within walking distance to town centre, and easy access to the beach. Plenty of exercise activities nearby like walking on the beach, and cycling. Property owner is friendly and easily contactable.
There was not a lot to not like about this property.
