Staff were not helpful as we were in a private suite in the hotel
We weren’t aware of this until we read the owner supplied booklet in the room

it was located near a lot of the shops, stores and restaurants.
It wasn’t what I expected as a Wyndham property. it felt like staying at someone’s home instead of a hotel or resort.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was good. We enjoyed the complimentary box of macadamia nut chocolates! The booking manager was able to arrange an early check in for us. This was greatly appreciated because our overnight flight arrived at 7 am.

It was on a side street and every morning people were outside yelling and they should have the elevator marked with a star for ice and laundry floor so you wont have to go to the front desk a d asked
