Wreath of dog piss extremely overwhelming was super cold. There’s no heat have a washing dryer will not allow you to wash your clothes. Was missing a lot of amenities. Customer service is horrible. Rescue out not accommodating or hospitality. Like housekeeping is really ratchet.

Smelled reeked extremely strong, smell of dog piss, rushed me out of my room was not accommodating our hospitality like and had to washer and dryer. Did not allow me to wash my clothes.

I liked that is was clean and the people walking the property were nice.

The noises coming from outside carries inside very loudly

The location in regards to accessing the main road as well as public transportation. There are a few stores and fast food restaurants in the area as well. The locations is really close to the airport.

I didn't like that in order to get to the room, I had to go through a pebble walkway. Arriving with luggage late at night made it really difficult. When I entered the room, it smelled of mildew or like it was "wet". The area is not well lit so makes it hard to find at night.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Hard to find. The address on this website is incorrect. Had to find it on my own. I wasn't sent check-in info by 4pm, so I had to track them down. It took several texts and calls. Then when I got there, my room wasn't finished being cleaned so I had to wait in my truck. After all that, everything else was fine but a rough start.

Easy access

We didn’t like the fact that the bed was inside of a little space with no AC. The air/wall unit was in the main area/kitchen. Causing it to be really warm with little to no air to be inside the actual sleeping area! There was also a roach in the bathroom.

Toilet was very dirty, I couldn't use it. They had to come to clean the other morning. Smell smoke, very bad smell in all room. They don't have a coffee maker. To get inside the place we have to walk through a grass full of dog feces. The neighborhood is not safe. High drug area, we found plastic bags with drugs on the ground in front of the house.

Very modern bathroom, I only stayed one night but the room was comfy

Not fully paved to the entrance, made it challenging but I would still go back.

there was no privacy covering on the door which is visible to the neighbors. needs a deadbolt on the door as well since it’s accessible to anyone who comes by.

communication upfront about how to get in was excellent. Very well lit and secure grounds. Fixtures in bathroom and kitchenette seemed brand new. Soap and hair products were set out. Towels could be better to match the quality of everything else, but maybe people take them. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows. Linens were so-so. Good TV. Good AC unit. Fridge, microwave and kitchen supplies. Single burner hot plate is kinda useless, double burner would be better. Cleanliness overall is top of the line. You won’t find much better. Location is near airport, that’s about it. Location is what it is. People know that going in. Nice laid back residential neighborhood. Excellent convenience store one block away.

Some noise at night on occasion but the AC or fan drowns it out.

That we found it on Booking.com as the least expensive option.

That Booking.com said the card would not be charged that night. I presumed that meant until 12hr before checking although you guys
