Das Hotel hatte ein tolles SPA mit Pool, Sauna, Wirlpool und Fitnessraum. Das Design des Hotels ist recht ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Restaurantbereich ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend gestaltet.
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Ortskerns neben einem Kraftwerk, dies ist im Hintergrund hörbar. Die Luft im Winter ist durch viele Holzheizungen in der Stadt stark belastet. Der Rauchgeruch dringt auch etwas ins Zimmer ein.
Mein Zimmer war abgesehen von einem sehr bequemen Bett nicht so schön und nicht so gemütlich, wie bei dem Preis zu erwarten wäre.
Das Frühstück im Restaurant ist durchschnittlich, die Bedienung nicht nicht so freundlich, wie ich es erwarten würde.

Već treći ili četvrti put kako smo bukirali ovaj hotel. Jako smo zadovoljni, spa je ono što najviše privlači. Svaki detalj je odrađen savršeno, posebno kada su i praznici, okićeno...
Cene u restoranu jesu malo "jače"... ovoga puta đakuzi nije bio dostupan. Ujutru nije bilo radnice u spa centru, lično sam uključila saunu i tursko kupatilo (iako verovatno to nije dozvoljeno)... ali svakako sada kada je izlazak do 12h, sasvim je logično da iskoristite spa od 9h...

Chose this hotel especially for its spa, but it didn’t work the days of our stay. There was no information about it on website or Booking.
It doesn’t cost it’s price without spa. The room was dark and small. There even wasn’t a bottle of water, only in mini bar overpriced.
The food in the restaurant wasn’t good. And there are no other restaurants nearby.

Although near to the city center, it is located in the industrial zone.
Wifi cannot reach some rooms (conference rooms).
Hot water was not hot in one of the two rooms I have booked.

Decent modern hotel. Good choice for foreigners!
The bathroom tub plug did not work. The bade feature of the toilet was unusable and yellow water came out of it. The tub would be significantly more usable if there were curtains around it. The water did not dry over night. There is a fee for late check out even for 1 hour.

Very clean and cosy, beautifully looking place.
A lot of ‘small’ things:
Trolly for room cleaning left in front of our room for whole day and night.
No place to hang towels in the bathroom.
No place to dry swimming suits.
Towels provided for spa and swimming pool are thin as a piece of paper.
None of 3 hot tubs weren’t working.
No welcome bottle of water in the room.
A general feel of a lack of personal.

Comfortable bed, tasty served breakfast. Wifi was okay. Spa was great, nice cozy pool and all what you need to relax - fitness, sauna, beds...
Rooms close to the reception are not quiet, got awakened couple of times during the night by noisy guests. Frequent queques at the breakfast. Value for money, when considering other hotels at Kragujevac, is not great.
