The price and the location was good.

They gave us false information about breakfast. They said in the announcement the breakfast was included, but there wasn't the first day. They required us to sleep one day even when we arrived earlier.

We looved our stay in Huaraz at Ivan’s hostel, in the end we stayed 7 nights. It has perfect location super close to everything. Comfy beds and great shower with hot water, and every day cleaning :). Part of hostel is as well travel agency with all the trips you want to do in Huaraz :) (day hikes but as well multiple days) so we did a lot of trips as well. Ivan was helpfull with everything so we can only recommend! we would stay again for sure :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy, hot showers, friendly accommodating staff, great rooftop area, nice breakfast/kitchen… a bonus with Netflix in the rooms! We were originally meant to stay 4 nights but ended up staying 6, one of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed at in 10 months across Central/South America. Perfect base to acclimatise / come back to after any hikes. Can book tours direct at reception too. Allowed for early / late check in to meet night buses… perfecto!

Best place in Huaraz 😁 Amazing people run this hostel. Even if you're not staying there I highly recommend their tour. We stayed with them and ended up going on the 8 days Huayhuash trip. Best experience ever!! Our guide Margarita also worked at Krusty and had truly been the best

Can be noisy early morning

Really good value and good location within easy walking distance of the centre of Huaraz. Showers were almost always hot and the wifi is excellent. Ivan organises day trips and multi-day treks which were the best prices we could find in town.

The breakfast was fine but a bit basic and the check in process was slow and a bit confused - there was also hair in our shower upon arrival. You also have to ring to doorbell to be let in each time which you can hear throughout the building and guests are leaving in the early hours for various trips so it can be a bit noisy. We organised the Santa Cruz through Ivan and the team which was brilliant but lacked detailed information upfront - it would be great if they could create a briefing document of sorts so you know what to expect on each day and what to pack - we had to ask all of the questions and sometimes Ivan was quite busy.

Clean and tidy. They give you the room early (after e.g. a night bus) if available. Good and safe location. Very helpful and friendly staff! Good included breakfast. Free luggage storage after breakfast. Tour orfanisation fairly priced and easy.

The double bed is a bit small.

It was a fantastic experience, friendly staff, willing to help you at all times during my stay, they gave me all the facilities and you can also book the tours with them directly at cheap prices, clean and safe rooms. They have everything you are looking for to have a great time. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommended.

The owners were super friendly and helpful! They answered all of my questions and and went out of there way to make sure I had a great stay. the facilities are nice as well with comfortable beds and hot showers. And they offer very reasonably priced transportation and guides for trekking!

The staff at the hostel were so helpful. They can help book any tours in the area and offer very fair prices- even better than booking at some travel agencies!

The kitchen is small for the number of people staying at the hostel.

Great showers, variety for breakfast, comfortable bed, wonderful owner and staff, good price for day trips, highly recommended would return!

Could get more than one hair dryer for common use as it is big hostel
