Great location and views. On edge of town centre but quite quiet location.
The property is serviced by two lifts - one of which was not working at all whilst we were there. The remaining lift was only available for one full day out of the five we were there.

We arrived at property parked the car and never moved it, lovely apartment great views and more than enough to do from the doorstep, nice clean well kept property stayed here nearly every year and will return,

Great location
The bed in the master bedroom. Wasn’t comfortable. You could feel springs . Also the gate to get into the property wasn’t good. Thob took a while for it to open

I liked the location and close proximity to amenities. Absolutely fab!
Not much I did not like, however, it would be great to have the living room TV bigger if possible say 55inch and above as the leaving space is quiet big. Watching tv from the dinning area was a struggle. Also tv in the rooms if possible would be great..

The property was spacious and comfortable with lots of books games etc to use. The kitchen was fully equipped with lovely dinnerware , but more a one person kitchen for working in . I could live in this apartment, so lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the sun 🌞.
Beds were a little soft for me but I have solid mattresses for a bad back , they didn’t affect me though

Fantastic apartment. Very light ,bright and spacious. Well laid out and equipped with everything you might need. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was great with lovely views of the harbour.
Very small niggle specific to us was that both beds were very low and with a disabled person it was difficult getting out of them.

The apartment is stunning, loved the location looking over the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Everything is walkable from the apartment, Tesco is only 5 mins walk, there are lovely cafes and restaurants, and the train station. Lewis responded quickly to any queries and was very helpful. Loved my stay here and would definitely return.
Personally I didn't find the pillows and bedding comfortable, although that may not be the case for everyone. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment, overlooking the harbour. Loved watching the sunset on an evening from the balcony. Ideal base to tour around the lake district.

Beautiful apartment, well kitted out clean and comfortable. Found a great pub/diner The Vagabond close by worth visiting.
We will be booking to go again later this year.
Minor downside is the parking, electric gates are a faff and very limited space in the underground car park.

Beautiful apartment, with a great view. Very well equipped kitchen, we had a lovely stay and hope to be back!
I personally found the bed in the en suite uncomfortable - but that's just my preference, it was too soft for my husband and myself and we found ourselves rolling together into the middle. However, everything else is superb in this property, so this would not prevent me from returning in the future fort another short break as everything else out-weighs the mattress issue.

Beautiful apartment in the most gorgeous place. The picture windows allow for people and harbour watching, at all times of the day. Whitehaven is a charming Victorian town, rich in history and also a great base for discovering the Western Lakes. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable beds. Everything is supplied to make for a very comfortable stay. The added opportunity to have onsite parking is a super bonus.

Very spacious living area, the view over the harbour was spectacular. We were there in winter and the under floor heating really made a difference :)

the location is superb, the facilities were also fantastic and I loved the underground parking.

the view is stunning and so peaceful to just sit and relax, taking in the scenery. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms spotlessly clean.
a very small issue with the heating and hot water which was out with the owners control. The owner rectified the situation immediately and ensured we were all sorted and comfortable. excellent customer service.

Location was great, watching the sunset over the harbour was lush. The flat itself was really spacious, well supplied with good quality showers. Owner was also very quick to answer queries.
The mattress and pillows weren't the comfiest, but we like ours firm so that may be personal taste. And only other thing was not being warned about the Thursday fire alarm test for the block. Would be good to have a clear note in the flat so future guests don't panic.
