Idéal pour un couple avec un petit ami à fourrure, cette maison est de bon goût, moderne et lumineuse, avec juste la bonne quantité de confort. Les boutiques et les restaurants de notre communauté d'artistes éclectiques sont à distance de marche de la propriété, mais son emplacement est encore suffisamment caché pour des nuits paisibles idéales pour observer les étoiles ou un verre de vin romantique près de la cheminée. Il y a un lit king-size dans le maître avec salle de bain complète attenante qui dispose de planchers chauffants et de porte-serviettes, d'un espace de vie / salle à manger ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. Il y a un espace extérieur incroyable au-dessus de la propriété qui est tout simplement inégalé pour un dîner en plein air, un brunch ou une aire de pique-nique à l'heure du déjeuner. Excellent. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this location and will be coming back. There are a couple of items that should be addressed;Shower Drain is draining very slowlyFront banister closest to town is brokenOur dogs love gazebo up top but fence is broken to neighbors. It would be great if it could be secured so dogs do not go in neighbors yard.

Over all lovely. Check in was a little wonky. Keys didn’t open house and had to track down keys that were still hit or miss each time we locked and unlocked. A small annoyance.
Great location to walk around Cambria with our dog well stocked kitchen and bath. The patio area above the house was a disappointment..it was very dirty and lots of cobwebs, so we didn’t get to sit up there.

King sized bed was great - very high to get into; my wife and I are each 5'10 and it was high for us. It also creaked when you got in or out. But it was comfortable. Bathroom was great - nice shower and heated floors. The kitchen was well equipped - nice gas stove and large fridge/freezer. Could use some stainless steel bowls as plastic bowls don't work for some use cases. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room would be useful. Parking in front was great. All in all, highly recommended.

It was nice to stay so close to the town, while also having a nice kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed visiting Hearst Castle, wineries and the coast. Very quiet spot!

We have been coming to Cambria for many years and rented a lot of homes. It is our getaway from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. This was one of the best homes we have rented. So nice being close to town…walking distance.
Our two Corgies loved the deck and exploring up there. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely well done and newly renovated…we loved the pocket doors.
We may never stay anywhere else in Cambria!

This was our 2nd time renting this home - very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house includes a great outdoor deck up a stairway set into the trees - great place to relax!

The house was very comfortable and we had a great 4 night stay. We had flown into LAX from Sydney Australia and drove up same day.
We slept extremely well in the very comfortable bed and the area is very quiet.
1 minute walk into the village for meals etc. The weather was not great but the house was cosy and we watched Netflix on the days it rained. You are able to drive up Hwy 1 to Ragged Point which is a great quick drive to see the coast line, Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seals.
Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property. I love it for the location. We can walk to anywhere in the east village in just a few minutes. We walked to dinner each night. It’s right down the street from Linn’s so pie to go is always a good choice. The Cambria Cemetery is up the road. It’s a very nice walk and we really enjoyed walking around the cemetery. It is a very peaceful place. Some of the graves date back to the 1800’s. The house itself is very clean and neat. There is lots of space for 2 people. It rained a lot while we were there, but that didn’t stop us from going up to the deck behind the house to enjoy the morning views with coffee. I wasn’t able to get the heated floor in the bathroom to work, but it did during our first stay, and it was a great feature.It’s definitely a great spot to spend a few days or a week in Cambria.

Wonderful house! Completely remodeled and very comfortable. The house held the heat very nicely. We didn’t have to run the heaters at night. Just took the edge off in the morning. Quiet location and very close to all restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Awesome place for two people! You can walk everywhere. We liked the giant Redwood tree next door. The upper deck was nice. It was too cold for us to enjoy. Too bad it didn’t have a small gas fireplace. We had a super great time!

A delightful lovingly restored little gem in the heart of the East Village, with a lot to recommend it. This is our 3rd time here, and love the place. But...the bathroom is a serious hazard, especially for seniors. The floor is extremely slippery when wet. There's a wooden mat, which helps, but getting in and out is still dangerous. The shower must have at least two secure grab bars for safety. We'e alerted the management company about this, but nothing has been done. Also, the shower needs a handheld wand, which is far more convenient for many people, and would cut down on water usage. These modifications would be easy enough for the owner to do, and would really enhance customer satisfaction. The company provides excellent, but impersonal, service for checking in and out.

The house was perfect for two people - the king sized bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was very nice! The outside patio up a short flight of stairs was so peaceful! Lots of birdwatching - including turkeys. The location was great - short walk to some of our favorite restaurants!

The house was perfect for two people - the king sized bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was very nice! I stayed here for 3 weeks in January. I love Cambria and it was nice to be a part of it for awhile. This little house was perfect for my needs - one bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen. it was clean and fairly well stocked - I was surprised to find there was no wine opener however, but I bought one to use. The bed was very comfortable for me - I loved the big fluffy pillows. Good TV, I appreciated access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The house is located just up from Main Street, made for easy walking to shops and food. The Farmers Market on Friday nights was a great place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Close to Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Ranch - both must sees. I would definitely recommend this charming house to others.

The patio chairs were all basically falling apart, one was broken upon arrival. Also the house was clean but small details went untouched like the tea kettle being full of used water and coffee grounds and cleanliness of the deck outside. Fireplace and dryer also didn’t work but we would stay again just because of the proximity to town, that couldn’t be beat!
