Location and comfort

Very modern, convenient facilities and room, excellent breakfast

Clean, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Our suite had a couch and table and a writing desk, so didn’t feel as cramped as a typical hotel room. Easy parking in well-lit parking lot. Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is included, but we didn’t take advantage of it.
I have no significant complaints, just a couple of suggestions: add a reading lamp next to the sofa, and provide more coffee (only one regular and one decaf packet in the room).

The breakfast was fantastic! Location is not very good, but it wasn’t too bad. All other utilities/facilities met expectations, and comfort level was there, and all in all it was a very good stay. The price could definitely be a little bit cheaper, I do not think that the price matched the quality that I was getting, but I did expect the Marriott to be on the more expensive side.
The price could be a little bit less, considering the location is quite poor, and the luxury side of the room wasn’t as high as the price was making it out to be. Other than that, not much else needed improvement!

I LOVE all that Fairfield offers. The beds are so comfortable the staff are very welcoming.
Never like leaving. Fairfield is my home away from home.

New hotel, nice amenities, located in a quiet area
Smell of cigarette smoke in the first room we were assigned. We booked a king room but we’re instead given an “upgraded” double queen room… we would have preferred the king room.

Room was much cleaner than i have seen in a long time.
Staff was pleasant and informative.
The area was full of transients and questionable individuals.
Lack of security presence was unsettling. Concerned about vehicle and property safety.

New Hotel only open a few months. Clean and spacious.
Either the window dual glazing was defective, or the wall mounted A/C unit allow outside noise to enter the room. Close to busy road so every motorbike, trash truck and or loud exhaust made one think a window had been left open.

I love the King suite. The set up of the room is exceptional.... The shower alone is worth the stay
I didn't like my room reservations got moved from the King size room to a small 2 bed queen 😳😒. I was disappointed. I specifically choose the King suite because I love it.
