A good solution for people that want to be a bit more independent and like to have extra space on a holiday. The apartment is located next to a water channel / river, near the CAC museum, and only a short walk from the city center. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. The apartment is comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen and is in general well maintained (with a few minor issues mentioned below). The apartment with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect for a single person, a couple or a family. I especially enjoyed that the apartment which is on the 9th floor has a small balcony with a side view towards the port of Malaga. Also, I found that the place is overall very quiet.

I would start by highlighting that the issues were rather minor, and that the hosts / property managers were easily available and very responsive regarding sorting out most of the issues. The instructions regarding entering the apartment building itself were missing, and the key pad lock system to enter the apartment was initially somewhat difficult to figure out. There is a traditional coffee maker which I found hard to get used to, so a modern coffee maker would be a big plus. Overall the apartment was clean (especially the bedrooms and bathrooms), but the kitchen would need a bit more attention, and the sofa would probably need a thorough cleaning.

Very good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Very quiet at night. Lovely balcony and spacious apartment on the ninth floor. The heating in all rooms was very efficient and easy to operate. Two bathrooms. A drain in one of the bathrooms was fixed on request.

The kitchen had cups, glasses, plates for numerous people, but only one frying pan , one casserole( the other casserole does not work on the stove) and one ovenproof dish. So if you expect to do a lot of cooking this may not be the right place. A dirty quilt and a dirty blanket , not nice to come across. The sofa is dirty. Communication with the staff at LETMALAGA could have been easier. I had to call the staff. No answer via Email. Very inconvenient to have to pick up keeys in a different place.
