Were not able to stay.

Key pad lock didn't work and when we called they were unable to help. We were told that someone would contact us before coming to the property to let us in, but were not contacted. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, but at midnight we had to find other accommodations. Still have not received confirmation of refund.

The keyless entry was clearly explained and easy to use. The house was comfortably appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Having access to a washer and dryer was a nice plus.

We could have used a few more large towels in the bathrooms. Small touches like having tea bags on hand would have been nice as well (I've enjoyed such things at other vacation homes).

Internet was slow since I was working on-site.
