La cercanía al centro y que las camas eran bastante cómodas. Ya había mucho espacio.
Había algunos desperfectos, que se notaba un poco la falta de mantenimiento.

The location is very near to the Centre and the inter bus station,also near the port .So we didnt had any issue in commuting.

Good location and exact decription for the key. The apartment was clean and the living room was good.
The noise control is not the best, because we hear the neighbors during the night. Little bit hard to find a parking place, but it’s a city center.

Nice appartment, fully equipped kitchenette, center of the city, clean and tidy. Very nice and responsive host.
"Non-smoking area" posters are a fiction! Neighbors heavily smoking on balconies and in the toilet rooms. Specific of architectural design easily allow smoke whiffs to the bedroom. Not pleasant at all.
Another issue - bad noise isolation. As bedrooms are wall-to-wall with toilets, you are to listen all toilet visits & water flushing for the whole building, sounds of washing-machines at nights, etc.

It was very close the city center and tram, buses. The price is very good. The staff is very kind, nice and helpful. It was clean, and well equipped.
It was very loud. I cant offer for family with children. A lot of and very loud neighbours, who were very loud. You can hear everything, for example sex in the neighbour's room from the lichthof (air-channel). It was very disturb. We write notice for the other quests in Spain, but nobody accept it. All night is very loud.

- the position, it's easy to reach the center
- The apartment has a weird layout, the kitchen and the living room are on the opposite poles of the apartment with a long corridor in the middle
- in the kitchen there was no hot water to clean the dishes
- in the bathroom there was a leakage, the room smelled mouldy
- in two weeks the common stairs have never been cleaned, the space was quite dirty
- no hygiene in handling blankets and towels

Location was excellent. Instructions for getting keys was top notch. Beds were great. It was clean.

I liked the space and facilities at the apartment ,rooms were compact but comfortable and clean. kitchen was equipped with cooking facilities including fridge freezer cooker kettle coffee maker etc. TV was good too. Great shower and towels supplied. (more toilet roll though would be good) lady in charge provided clean instructions on key code for apartmentand door clock code and was helpful on phone (no reception at apartment) Location is great , 5 mins walk to Port.
Wifi is slow and was difficult to connect to network, No English channels on TV

The parking and we didn’t have a washing machine.

First they did not send me the right code for the locker and then the key got stuck in the lock and it took a lot of time to get resolve it. So instead of enjoying Santa Cruz we were dealing with the keys, but the rest was fine.

Well located (5min walking from center), big apartment, easy communication with the host and self-checkin.
Very bad acoustic and noisy neighbours (including overnight). Wifi doest work in part of the apartment. Walls are dirty. No place to leave luggage after check-out.

Kitchen at the end of a very narrow corridor with no table or seating facility
No plug at all except behind the fridge with a multy plug for the microwave as such if yiu want to use tge toaster or tge coffee machine yiu have to unplug tge microwave and gave tge tiaster on tge mictowave alteady above a 180 cm high fridge. No very practic on a daily basis.
No hot water in tge kitchen as such tge kitchenvstuff is a bit faty
