We found the property to be as it was described by VRBO. It had a great balcony view with easy access to the beach. We look forward to returning next year!

Right from the beginning Rob communicated everything very clearly so we knew exactly what to expect and what to do. Upon arriving, the condo was in a perfect location and was extremely clean and smelled good! Rob continued to check in with us throughout the trip which speaks volumes compared to other places we’ve rented in the past. The view was spectacular and we could see dolphins nearly every single day right from the balcony! Beds were all comfy and we had everything we needed in the condo. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart made going to the beach with toddlers and an infant so easy for us and it was nice not having to worry about bringing or buying those! We will definitely be staying here again and have even talked about making this an annual trip. We won’t even think about staying somewhere else. Thanks for everything Rob!

First time visitors to Marco Island. The beaches are soft white sand. Lots of beautiful shells.
The condo is exactly as described. Being a first floor unit allowed for easy access from parking lot as well as beach. No elevator needed. The unit sets high enough to afford beautiful views. The unit is very well equipped. Beach cart beach towels canopy umbrella sand toys etc etc. kitchen fully stocked with all essentials.
Marco island offered wonderful restaurants ice cream and adventures. Highly recommend airboat tour of the Everglades. Our teens parasailed. Enjoyed first time paddle boarding. And did a private boat excursion that was our favorite adventure. We encountered dolphins manatees ospreys and 2 sharks at the surface. We explored an area of great seashell finds and over 50 sand dollars.

Absolutely beautiful location! Sunsets right from the patio, steps out to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for us, cleanly and well stocked. We used the pool and tennis courts and really enjoyed the beach tent and chairs. Rob was communicative and checked in periodically on our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Condo is very clean and well equipped. The ocean view is spectacular and when you are on the balcony you feel like you are sitting directly on the beach. Rob is a very pleasant and responsive owner.

From the moment we contacted Rob to the moment we left he was very involved and informative. The grounds and the condo were beautiful, you had everything you needed. The beach was groomed every morning! We would definitely rent here again!

This was my first time staying at Rob and Dana’s unit and it exceeded my expectations. His listing was accurate but what it didn’t state was how immaculately the building and grounds are, how friendly the staff is, and how available he is to support your stay. And it really is 2-3 minutes from your unit door to the water! Couldn’t have imagined how relaxing and peaceful our time was in his condo. Highly recommend working with him!

Rob was great to communicate with. Property was very clean, the sliding glass door was so spotless I thought it was open! The beach equipment was nice, as was the lanai furniture. Overall everything just felt nicely updated. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds comfortable, bathrooms were really really nice.
We have visited Marco many times and always stay right on the beach. I think the location of the unit is wonderful, so easy to get to the pool or beach from the first floor unit without waiting for an elevator and being right on the ocean you have a beautiful view of the sunset. The area of the beach is also quieter than down by all the bigger resorts. The pool area is nice and has a good number of chairs without feeling crowded.
The only negative to our stay was the noise from the hallway in the back bedroom. From the bigger bedroom we couldn’t hear anything but the smaller bedroom in the back it did get loud a few nights. This was due to other guests, not anything wrong with the unit, and so I think it would depend on who else was staying in the building or the time of year you went. We would still stay here again but probably just bring headphones or earplugs to pop in if it was a problem. We had an infant (3months) and she never woke up from the noise while staying in the bigger bedroom, so it was just isolated to the smaller room. I communicated this with Rob and he was very receptive and noted some changes the building was making to make things quieter in the future. I also think this is just a trade off for the convenience of easy access to beach and pool- literally just walking out the hallway to the ocean. We would stay here again. It is very well run and clean.

This Condo is great! It is exactly as described! We stayed with our two little kids, so this review is more family targeted! The first floor is great because you can easily go in and out of the building without the elevator wait, which also makes bringing groceries and luggage a breeze!
The "kid's" room does not need room darkening shades, which I was worried about, but the shades keep the room nice and dark!
The bathrooms are excellent! Having the ability to do laundry in the condo is huge plus. We will stay here again, communication with the owner is easy and responses came quickly!

Great Stay
Condo is nicely updated, was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay . We have stayed at Seaview many times and this is by far one of the nicest units. We really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor and the lovely unobstructed view from the lanai! Rob was quick to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!

We do not prefer massive high rise rentals or hotels, so after searching through many rentals, I am very happy to have chosen Seawinds 105! Yes, it's a large complex, but quaint compared to most on Marco's gulf front, and 105 is on the first floor, so no elevator needed! It's located away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still walk or bike to shops/restaurants. Condo is just as pictured and the quiet balcony view was wonderful! There are a few quirks with operating the laundry and about the smoke alarm, but it is all laid out for you. Also, Rob has the details covered, in the lease agreement, so all is good before you go. There is a closet with everything you need for the beach(chairs, cooler, etc) and the pool area and restrooms were clean. The only negative I have, is that we couldn't stay longer!

Picture Perfect
We had a picture perfect and very relaxed time staying at this condo in Marco Island. The condo is great very clean and what a great location to the beach. The host "Rob" is wonderful in making sure your stay goes well. We definitely would go back and repeat our vacation staying at this condo.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay
Really enjoyed the stay at Sea Winds in Marco Island. Property was right on the beach and just as described. One of the cleanest and nicest beaches I’ve ever been to. Great location and easy access to everything on the island. Owner of the property was great, communicated well, and everything was clean and ready to go. It was a hassle free process and very relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
