We had a great time skiing. Getting to the village was quick on the shuttle, and the condo was in walking distance in a pinch.

The condo was well represented on the site, with the passes for parking and the rec center easily accessible. Very comfy and roomy inside. We were disappointed to not have the steps cleared of ice and snow on arrival - it was quite thick. The information in the condo re the shuttle has changed - no phone, just their app. They are not driving after 6PM. We were looking forward to being in the village in the evenings, we explored close to the condo and played games instead. The rec center was charging $8/person and a $2 towel charge. This changes as of Jan 1 2023 - the charge will be $10/person and still have a $2 towel fee.

This is such a great option when coming up to ski at Northstar. Great set up for a family with 3 kids. Beds were comfy, tons of blankets so even though the downstairs can get cold, I think once the kids were in the beds with blankets, they were warm. Lots of towels and otherwise well stocked with plenty of basics in the kitchen etc. Beware, the fireplace gets super hot, so nice to warm up the place but I wouldn't leave anything drying just in front of it (we had something start to melt!). We used the rec center several times, it's $8 per guest and I think going up to $10. We did have a non-skier drop us off as the wait for the shuttle was super long. I think we were there the busiest time of the year, so if you're not, you should not have a problem catching the shuttle just a short ways down the street from the condo. Overall, a great stay and we'd stay here again.

We were amazed that this rental was available this past weekend. It was a beautifully decorated tri-level condo located within Northstar. It felt like a home away from home. I was a little concerned about noises on either side of the unit, but we were surprised to hear no noise from the accompanying units. We will book here again! There's nothing like sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the wind rustle through the trees.

Condo has a nice setup for two families. Very convenient shuttle service to Northstar. With the unexpected snow fall, it was an epic week of skiing!

Overall, we had a nice stay. Should be noted though, the downstairs bedroom definitely has a double bed, not a queen. That was a little more snug that we planned for. And the downstairs really doesn’t warm up at all, but there are lots of extra blankets and there’s a wall heater in the bathroom but my toddler still complained he was freezing the whole time even with all his extra layers. And the freezer was broken, so we lost a lot of food that we’d brought since we didn’t notice at first. We were going to grill, but turns out the porch light doesn’t work where the grill is. The owner was very responsive though. I let him know of issues as they came up. And while he wasn’t able to fix anything during our stay, he did assure me that he would get someone out as soon as we checked out. The place is clean and overall well maintained. The kitchen had all the dishes, pans, etc we needed to easily make meals for the whole family. The location was great. Would stay again in warmer weather.

This was the perfect location at a price that made sense for us. We even bused back to house for lunch instead of paying crazy prices on the mountain. Cozy living room and nice kitchen. We will rent again. Ethan

Lovely homey feel for a condo. Loved sitting around the warm fire. Kitchen well stocked. Really appreciated books and puzzles my toddler loved. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again. This is a great price for the location and size.

The stop is near the house and just a few minutes to the village. Shuttle vans run frequently— and make sure to download the Northstar transportation app, which lets you request a ride in the morning. We never waited more than 2-3 minutes. Amazing! Had a great time here and can’t wait to come back again soon.

We had lots of space to hang out and they supplied plenty of towels (lots of extras!) and other basic items needed for our 5-night stay. While we enjoyed going out to dinner a few nights, we also were able to cook at the place with ease (there is no shortage of cookware, gadgets, dishes). It was extremely clean, and there are clear instructions about various things in the house and at the resort. Besides the 2 bathrooms, there is an extra sink in the master bedroom so we had no problem getting all of us ready and out on the slopes. We had one minor issue with working the TV, and the owner replied immediately and was extremely friendly and helpful. Finally - the location.... at first I was hesitant about the distance from the slopes, and using the shuttle service, knowing from previous visits to Northstar that driving our car and parking would be a hassle. However, the shuttle was the most efficient and convenient service I have ever used! We called the shuttle using the app and we never waited more than 2 minutes to get picked up (sometimes it seemed like the van was just waiting around the corner to be called). The drivers were super friendly and helpful (patiently waiting for a couple of our stragglers), and it was a short maybe 2-3 minute drive directly to the base. At the end of the day this is the first stop on the way back, so we again only were on the bus a few minutes. It was actually more convenient than the 'on-mountain' place we stayed last year (which had quite a walk to get to the slopes). I would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Completely remodeled inside and very comfortable. Usually 1st stop from the Village and last stop to the Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family went up for a weekend ski trip and had a great time! Check in process was a breeze, as was the communication leading up to our stay. We received very easy instructions on everything, and were able to get around using the Northstar bus system, which was minutes from the Village. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely go back!

This house was perfect for my family of five. The beds were comfortable and the living areas is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook large family dinners. The location was fantastic with a free shuttle service into the village. Access to the athletic center and pool was also included with the unit. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was spacious and clean with all modern amenities. The owner was very accommodating and was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely be booking this place again! John-

We enjoyed the stay for two nights. The condo is clean with new interior and appliances. There is a nice-sized TV so we could enjoy playing switch we brought at night. The location is also a big plus because it's close to the parking lot and the shuttle bus stop which is usually one or two stops from Northstar village. The owner of the condo was responsive and accommodating. Just two minor things to be aware of: The dishwasher detergent is not guaranteed and it took more than two weeks to get the deposit back.

This is an awesome property that we would gladly return to. Great layout and space for a family, nice open kitchen/living area for hanging out. Easy access to Northstar (walkable, but much easier to use the shuttle service). The owner was accessible and responsive, and very friendly. Very pleased with the experience.

Over the past years, we have rented many different condos/ houses in the NorthStar Resort. Paul's place has everything for our family of 5. It is spacious, clean and conveniently located in the Gold Bend area ( minutes away from the village). On top of it, Paul is super friendly, responsive and accommodating. This is a place in the NorthStar Resort we are looking forward to going back to!! Thank you again Paul for everything.

Had a great week skiing at Northstar. The condo has convenient location in Northstar village and easy access to shuttle, comfortablly hosts 2 families. Paul (owner) was very responsive to our questions and quite helpful. Some suggestions for improvements: need new pots ans pans.
