The hospitality was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and generous. Offered me a bottle of energy drink plus a necklace for the carnaval. The room was satisfactory, has all you need apart from a window but no biggy
Lack of window and the NOISE!! Although I was on the 2nd floor, you could clearly hear the music from the bars downstairs at 2am until early morning. There is noooo noise cancellation and could even hear conversations from below.
Also, cold shower with hair (ew).
