Very nice and design penthouse. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful sea views from the living room and from the roof terrace. Hot tub on the roof as a bonus.
The electric shutter in the living room was inoperable from the beginning. After the complaint, we were informed that the service can come in 2 weeks at the earliest.

The apartament was very spacious and in a really great location. Close to the marina as well as to the beach and grocery shop. Separate wine fridge as well as ice cube maker, which was built into the fridge were a very nice touch. Almost everything - starting from the utenslis and ending on furniture, felt new and unused, which was a nice touch.
The AC was not up to the task, even though there were 4 AC units in the apartament (in the living room and each of the bedrooms) it felt like instead of cooling the temperature in the whole apartament - it was heating it. Thankfully the nights were quite windy, so it wasn't as big of a deal. One of the pans (wok) and strainer had broken handles, but they still worked well.
