amazing stay and beautiful house!

The house is a great place to stay and feel like you are on your own resort. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar and game room are great amenities to enjoy.

Would be great for a big group, but they only allow 12 people.

We live close by, only 15-20 minutes away, but wanted to have some last minute fun for spring break. Thank goodness that I stumbled upon an opening with this property because it made our vacation fabulous! You wouldn't think of Mission Viejo as a hot vacation destination, but this home is perfect for those that like to be entertained without having to leave their home!! The resort like backyard amenities were a dream for the kids and adults alike, huge pool with awesome water slide, spa, great bar area with outdoor TV, and fire pit! The full size arcade games inside were a total bonus!! They have 100s of games, so the kids loved it and my husband must of stayed up after midnight on multiple evenings playing some of his old time favorites! So whether you are visiting the area or live close by, BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! We will definitely be back!

House was perfect for our family. We came out for a Rugby Tournament and the house was exactly what we needed to make memories and have a lot of fun. John is a great host! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great entertaining home close and convenient to everything. Highlight is the pool and bar. Really no reason to leave because all amenities are at your fingertips. Owner very responsive and made our stay very comfortable.

John was very responsive and super accommodating during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

We stayed here as a family of 6 for 1 week and had travellers in a party from ages 14 to 60 years old. We all had an amazing time and felt perfectly at home. The owner was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had. I cannot recommend this house enough, it really did tick all the boxes and the location was superb for everything we wanted to do like beaches and even Disneyland. The house its beautiful and well kept, and we hope to return some time in the future! Thank you again!

The backyard was spectacular... our group did not want to leave! The close proximity to all of the main Southern California attractions made this house ideal for a memorable vacation. Also, John was extremely easy to work with! If you enjoy spending time outside in the beautiful Southern California weather, this is the house for you!

Our family had so much fun! My kids loved the waterslide. I loved the outdoor kitchen area, the set up was great, we spent many hours playing in the pool with the TV or music on in the outdoor grilling/bar area. We loved how central it was, easy drive to Disney and the Beach!
