Easy access to beach. Condo was very nice,clean,beds were comfortable even the pullout couch had plenty of things around to do with kids

Only thing I can say about the property is if your older and have trouble climbing steps make sure you get one on the ground floor not the second them steps are touch on old people

The location and view was beautiful! The beds were comfortable which normally I have trouble finding. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Had several pools to walk to and having the beach right there was the best! We loved this facility and the people and staff! We will definitely be back!

The only thing I didn’t like was the floors were sandy when we got there and only had a broom and dust pan to clean them. The rugs had so much sand from previous tenants. The floors needed a good cleaning and the sliding glass doors to the patio wouldn’t latch to lock the maintenance men came to look at the sliding doors the first day because the one side of the sliding door handle was loose and the screen was bent and wouldn’t slide. That didn’t bother me that was more to make sure we didn’t get blamed for prior damage. We understand sand damages the rollers. So just a little maintenance to the doors and they will be good to go! All and all I would suggest them clean the floors better, a little maintenance on the doors and maybe leave a vacuum to help those that actually cleanup after themselves to sweep up the sand. 😊
