Breakfast? We didn't know anything about a breakfast being included. The condo was fairly clean although it seemed like it had been a while since it had been cleaned. We found an old lunch kit on top of the refrigerator that had been left behind. Things were kind of dusty, there were rings on the glass tabletops which I cleaned before we ate at the table (fairly easily I might add). and kind of close to a pool.

We didn't know that a breakfast was included and the location was disappointing. I rented the Condo based on the advertisement indicating it was "just steps from the beach" and a picture that seemed to indicate you just walk out of the condo and across a boardwalk and you would be on the beach. This was VERY misleading. We had to walk a couple of blocks away from our condo to the front security gate, cross a FOUR LANE highway, through another security gate, across another parking lot to FInally get to the boardwalk that actually took you to the beach. And, we were unaware that chair setups at the beach closed down at 6 P.M. We went to the beach on Tuesday a little after 5 P.M. I approached some workers and inquired about getting chairs. They told me that they closed at 6 and were already picking up chairs therefore I couldn't get a setup. It was 5:15 p.m. I was very upset as this was supposed to be included in our rental. I walked away from them and a few minutes later a man approached me (supervisor maybe) and told me that they did close at 6 but I could use some chairs that were already there until they picked them up at 6. Overall, this is the most disappointed I've been when I've rented a condo. I absolutely feel like the ad for this particular condo is definitely misleading.

The beach was close

great location.

Good unit, clean and grounds well attended.
