didnt make the bed daily. room did not have window that could open so a bit dusty and not friendly for my son who is quite sensitive with dust- purifier would be handy

clean modern and convenient

There was not enough adequate parking, nor was there enough room to even drop your belongings off out the front. On arrival, we were given a room that was in use by other travellers, which is not professional at all. We felt that our belongings in our own room once given after we proceeded down to reception waiting for them to find us a room were not safe after been given access to somebody else’s room. There was no bin liners in the bins upon our stay either which wasn’t great.

Quick and easy to pre check in online and then in person to get the keys outside normal hours. Room was clean and tidy. Modern bathroom facilities.

Staff super friendly and always available. Bathroom is nice and new.

Bed and matresses worn down, urgently need replacement. Room and floor were not clean, dust all around. Rooms have a small window only and are painted black partially, so its quite dark inside. I cannot imagine who came up with the idea to paint hotel rooms in black! Location is noisy, if you wanna open a window. One side has a main street, the other faces noisy construction or industry complex. Walls are thin. For this level the rates are too expensive, it is more of a budget hotel. Will not rent with this brand again anywhere.
