Great house for our small group. We love that each of us gets our own bed or room. House is closed to grocery stores and in a nice neighborhood.

Just had the best stay at this house. Very open and airy. Pool & hot tub was gorgeous and spent 90% of our time in the backyard. Perfect location for festivals in the area. Literally minutes from Empire Polo Club and bus stops. Tons of stores and restaurants within minutes from house as well. Will Definitely be back for another stay next festival.

We had a really great time. The house was perfect, the spa/pool were amazing in the hot weather. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The house was very cozy and welcoming. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating.

The check-in process was a breeze. The house is beautiful, pictures don’t do justice. The kitchen was fully equipped it with everything you might need to do a barbecue or make breakfast for the family. Clear instructions in the manual provided. Location is convenient, plenty of shopping centers around. Would definitely book this home for a weekend getaway again

Jason was a lovely host - the house was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner and BBQ at the house. Perfect house for entertaining our group - great pool and backyard areas to hang in the evening heat. Nicely laid out house in a nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants off highway 111. Would 100% book again!

I stayed here for Coachella weekend, and the location of the property was great. It is walking distance from one of the shuttle stops. The property itself was very roomy and everyone was able to sleep on a bed. The property manager was very responsive and the check in process was very easy. I would want to stay here again if I come back for Coachella or even a desert getaway.

Perfect house close to the Coachella Music Festival, the house is only a few miles to the polo grounds and a ten minute walk to the shuttle stop at the tennis stadium. House was great for a large group, big private pool with a spa that was great for after the concert. Would highly recommend to anyone going to the festival or just a fun desert weekend.

Our family had a great stay at the property. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and spacious layout. We barbecued and cooked almost every night and found everything we needed. The house is next to a somewhat busy road, so there is some street noise when you’re in the backyard, but didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property!

The place is nice and everyone had their own room. It worked great for what we needed and everything was turn key.

We planned a spring break trip to Palm Springs. This home was great and well stocked. Nice outdoor pool and spa area with mountaintop views. Communication with the property manager was prompt. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this La Quinta home was just wonderful!! Kitchen is really well stocked w great appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. All beds were very comfortable w nice bedding. The pool and spa were verry nice and backyard furnishings were great! Location is excellent! One could walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. 30 min walk. Located close to Hwy 111 and all the shops and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again!

Well located accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of lighting, but dark for sleeping. Generous size bathrooms with plenty of extra towels. Tons of storage for unpacking. Quiet neighborhood location but quick drive to anything you need. If cooking, you will need to get everything you need. Two coffee makers, but must BYO Keurig or ground. The hot tub was terrific but heating the pool in February was an added expense. Kitchen was a little sticky and could use a good scrub on handles/knobs etc. Touchups required on many chipped/dinged furniture pieces and cushions on stools in main room were stained. Overall great place and would not hesitate to stay again. If a few upgrades/repairs were made, definitely 5 star.

Winter golf break to the Palm Desert. Coming back to the house with four bedrooms, large kitchen, comfortable living room with 65” TV to watch the Super Bowl, and a hot tub to work out the sore muscles from a long day of golf was fabulous. Thank you.

What an amazing house! The set up is great for a group and La Quinta is such a fun place to stay. We had a wonderful time. Jason was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the delay in getting back to us for TV operation.

The neighborhood was NICE! The house was BEAUTIFUL! ALL the beds were super COMFORTABLE! The grocery stores and shopping centers were close so if you needed anything.

House was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and couch was big and comfortable as well. The kids loved the pool. Kitchen was big and great to use. With all that being said I want you to be aware that the communication with the manager was terrible. They did not respond to my messages or my texts when I tried to get in touch with them. Also you will not get any check in information until the day you go to the property. For me that was very stressful because I asked about that several times and heard nothing back from them. Hopefully things will change now after this. They need to be more respectful of the people who have rented the property and there concerns and not ignore them when a customer is trying to get in touch with them. No communication is not good customer service. They did apologize for what happened. In the end my kids had a great time at the house and really enjoyed it.

Clean, Private. We have younger children who are beginner swimmers, the Pool & Spa worked out well. Plenty of space in each room for everyone to enjoy their choice of streaming channels and sleep comfortably. Nice open floorplan, kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms. Walking distance to a nearby park, with a skateboarding place. A lot of shopping within a 5minute drive, so we did not need to pack groceries (Costco, Walmart, Target, Vons, Sprouts, etc). Overall an enjoyable stay.

The home could use a few upgrades but overall we had the best stay. The pool was great, kitchen well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book here again.

The house was definitely beautiful and very spacious. Just as the pictures online.When we arrived,we noticed one of the rooms had a bed that was not made and looked like someone had just gotten up from it,All white towels were dirty,and left on top of the washer, pool towels were left inside the dryer.The kitchen sink had dirty dishes and the refrigerator had old food in it. The kitchen trash was full and no trash bags were provided. Restroom trash also had trash in them. Pool was very clean and had a pool man clean the pool the days of our stay. Location is very convenient. We loved the house! It was just unfortunate,we had to wash sheets,towels and dishes. When our intentions were to relax. We messaged the owner and had no response:(
