Good location, very well appointed kitchen but upstairs could do with an update

Both bedroom has its own bathroom

Spacious and well equipped. Loved the back deck where we could watch the squirrels.  Near the pool so we could walk just a few steps to get to it. 
Air conditioning was not  evenly distributed. Much colder downstairs than upstairs. With only one thermostat upstairs it made it impossible to get it evenly the same temperature.

the area was nice and secluded with lots of privacy.

Both the beach and Coligny Plaza were within walking distance. The condo was perfect size for a couple. The kitchen and living area have been recently updated. All stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator was huge. We also made use of a beach wagon which was available on the back deck. The foliage and walking path to the lake were nice.
Upstairs bathrooms and carpet desperately need to be updated, but that didn’t affect our stay. The window panels downstairs were falling apart. The neighborhood was very dark and it was difficult to find our condo when we arrived at night.

IT was clean . Nice that a beach wagon is provided.
Vertical blinds in the living room need replacement.. Bedding needs upgraded, very bad pillows. No mattress protection..
