The water did not stay hot enough to shower in.

The place was clean and had everything we needed

It could use an upgrade of the tv sets and the front yard could use some clean up, but neither of those things affected our trip

We liked the setting in the trees and house itself is very nice. It is close to Donner Lake and Truckee with their many activities. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms.

It was very hard to get into the lockbox and the TVs did not work. There were no instructions.

There were a few cabinet doors that The screws need to be tightened on

Great location and well-stocked, roomy home for our party of 5, plus dogs. Sliding door to backyard was very convenient for taking dogs out.

Home could have been cleaned better. (We found glass shards in the living room carpet. Yikes!) Upon arrival, we noticed that some of the cabinets were hanging off their hinges and a closet door had fallen off it’s tracks. We were provided with an incorrect code for the lockbox. However, Vacasa staff was very responsive and gave us a new code.
