The caravan is clean, cosy and well equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a 5-minute drive to town. Lots of dog friendly places in this area, which was a bonus.

Too far to walk into skeg /ingomells had to catch bus all the time with disabled child .

Very clean and welcoming with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Brilliant for walking dog on the beach/sea front.

All of it! Brilliant 3 night stay. Well looked after and our host Kathy was excellent, nothing was too much trouble . The camp site is well looked after, very friendly people and clean

Ideal location for a visit to skegness and the beach. Peaceful venue. The caravan has all you need, well equipped.
The owner is great and was very kind. I arrived later than expected and it was no problem there was a backup plan which she helped with.
The double bed was very squeaky on the 1st night so I used the single one instead after that. Also unfortunately I am allergic to pets and I was aware of their aroma. It will be fine for pet lovers.

Lovely caravan very clean , the lady that owns the caravan has been very helpful . The campsite is quiet and very central to most places .we have a dog and the walks along the beach (dog friendly) skegness in one direction and buttons and fantasy island in the other was great

The Caravan is lovely and Clean great Cafe with Lovely Sunday Roast. Location of the Site is perfect to explore both directions. Lovely Locals kids arcade You really couldn't ask for more from a host perfect communication easy to find definitely recommend.

The photos don’t justify how amazingly clean it is! The lady has thought about everything! Hoover, a blanket for your dogs to sit on the sofa & all the cleaning things you can think off! This property is clearly looked after! A real home from home! I honestly think we are going to be using it again! The most amazing caravan I’ve seen for such a amazing price!

Everything was perfect, beautiful caravan, immaculate, Everything you could possibly need, close to the beach, quiet and what we liked most was no children.

Like how it was quiet and in the middle of Skegness and Ingoldmells five minute walk to beach bus service excellent can’t go far wrong you can go either way Skegness or Ingoldmells really enjoyed it

Location great, caravan great very cosy and clean everything you need inside
Main issue was the muddy floor between all the caravans site needs to put proper roads in, they ask you not to drive on grass when it’s been raining but that can mean a lot of walking with bags and stuff and there isn’t much places to park if it’s not in front of your van

It was comfortable and very homey very spacious for what we needed. Very peaceful
