Construit en 1999, ce condo du Bermuda Bay Club est aménagé dans un décor contemporain et tropical. Il est situé sur une voie sans issue calme au large de Gulf Drive de Anna Maria Island, dans un complexe de Gulf to Bay.
La plage privée est juste en face de la rue à seulement 250 mètres ... Détendez-vous et profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique ... Le quai de Bay est à 100 mètres de la porte d'entrée, promenez-vous avec votre café et profitez de superbes vues sur le lever du soleil! .. Locations pour sea-doo, hobie-cats, kayaks et paddle-boards sur la plage. Parachute ascensionnel à proximité. Des chaises de plage, des parasols et des jouets sont fournis.
La terrasse du salon donne sur la piscine chauffée et le bain à remous, idéale pour les familles.
Ce condo de luxe a deux lits queen, deux lits jumeaux. Draps de luxe, serviettes de bain et de plage fournis. Appareils ménagers, meubles de patio et moquettes neufs en 2017. À distance de marche d'une variété de restaurants (avec de superbes couchers de soleil!), tiki bar, glaces et mini golf et commerces à proximité)

Unit is at the end of the complex affording you views of the bay and the gulf. Furnishings, floors, fixtures are all updated, pictures are accurate and reflect that. Steps to the pool and super close to beach and beach access! Walking distance to Bridge Street and close to the trolley stop. Would stay again.

We were not warned before we arrived that the home was for sale or that there would be fire alarm inspection. It was written in our contract that if the home is for sale we have to grant access to realtors/ prospective buyers. During our stay there was a day were we had give access to someone to view the home. On a separate day a company came through to inspect the fire alarm system. They set the alarms off several times. This was extremely inconvenient and an invasion of privacy. When we arrived the bath towels were found wet in a basket at the top of closet. The response from Richard was "enjoy your stay ". The showers needed a deep clean. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The garage is huge and has plenty of space. There an outdoor shower and water hose. The pool is extremely small and often over crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are a nice size. The beds weren't extremely comfortable but they worked for a week. I would not rent again from Richard due to communication.

This property was everything we wanted and more. Very clean and spacious, plus there were multiple beach supplies provided, which was a nice added bonus. The unit was very nicely updated and very well supplied with all the necessities. Rick was great to work with and made the whole process very easy and worry free. Couldn’t ask for a better location that was a close walk or easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to AMI and was there to attend a friends beach wedding. My wife and I stayed in Richards unit with another couple, my sister and her husband. The unit was very spacious for us two couples and can accommodate a 3rd or children easily. Richards place is very convenient to all things, great beach across the street, multiple restaurants within walking distance, trolly stop at residence, easy access for off island excursions. There are all the necessary beach items available for use and all we’re in good condition. We took advantage of the all things the island had to offer, including water excursion hunting for sand dollars, we also spent time golfing and swimming with manatees off island. Overall we were very happy with our stay and happy this was the place we chose for our introduction to AMI. We will definitely be back to AMI and this unit will be our first choice when we do return.

Everything was wonderful…place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay…we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

The location is perfect between the bay and beach on Anna Maria Island. It was walking distance to many local restaurants. The home was stocked with many of the things that were helpful during the stay such a spices, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon etc. The owner / manager, Rick was very responsive to our questions. Thanks again for a wonder stay.

This location was perfect for everyone in our family. We were across the street from beach, pool was located on the property and a great BBQ restaurant was a two minute walk. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. It was super clean and had enough in-door and outside seating for all of us.
Cannot wait to book this location again.

We love AMI!
We will be back! The condo was wonderful. The neighbors were friendly with lots of yummy food recommendations. The beach was a short walk from the condo. The trolley made traveling around the island a breeze.

Awesome Place & location
Property is beautiful and had everything you need including going to beach. So convenient to be acrosd street from beach and trolley stop is right there too. So nice to have beach wagon, chairs and umbrella! Great stay will return some day.

Everything was great! Beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon all included.... made it easy to go to the beach. Beach towels and linens included. Loved it. Can't wait to go back!

Or watch the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Everything was very new and clean. The unit is close to the pool which is very convenient. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Nice garage under the unit with an outdoor shower behind. Great to have a beach cart, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas. The value for we experienced was very good.

From the balcony the first morning we saw dolphin! Look right & see water, look left & see the gulf. So beautiful & relaxing! The unit is beautifully remodeled. Our family of 6 was very comfortable!

Great location near Bradenton Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and beach bars. If you don’t want to walk, you can take the Trolley or Monkey bus. Nice to have a pool and a hot tub. Newly refurbished and quiet. Would stay here again!

We had four teenage girls and had enough space for a comfortable week. The beach is a short walk across the street. The unit has most everything you need to get by for the week. It's a nice unit but could use some updates. The description says there are beach chairs, but be aware that we only found one that was not broken. If you have room to pack them, you might want to bring your own.

The property had a good location, very easy walk to the beach. The unit was functional for my family of 4. Nice to have a full kitchen and aWasher and dryer. The kids loved playing at the pool. The unit needs a bit of TLC, and could have had a more thorough clean (corners of floor, baseboards, shower) before we arrived, but was satisfactory.

Great Place, great location, fantastic experience!
This property was perfectly located, walking distance to stores and restaurants and yards from the beach on one side and bay on the other! It was well maintained, attractive, comfortable and attractive. We had a great week and this property was a big part of the reason why. All the guests/property owners were friendly and nice and everyone seemed happy. I know we were!

Great family time away!
This property had all the amenities needed for our mini family getaway - beach towels, sand toys for kids, beach chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were also a highlight for us in Jan! Quiet area with great access to private beach and bay views. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect, but has a lot of stairs.
Was so convenient to walk the beach and down to bridge street. Kitchen was furnished well. The master bathroom shower could have been cleaner. But we would stay here again.

AMI First timers
We had adjoining units with 2 families from MI for our 3 daughters on Senior Spring Break. This location was ideal! Right across the street from beautiful beach access. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Within walking distance to many wonderful eateries. Would love to make it back another time.

Enjoyed out stay....
This was our first trip so I don't really have anything to compare it to.
It was a very nice condo, it was everything VRBO said it was. Had a great time and the island was fantastic. Pool was very warm and hot-tub was just that - hot.
Not 100% sure I will be back to the island but it will definitely be on my short list.
We had a lot of fun.

Great property and location
The property is well equipped ,spacious and right across the road from the beach .
The Gulf Drive Cafe ,our favourite watering hole has a good selection of cocktails and ales.The view from the gulf side is amazing and ideal for watching the sun go down.The property is a little tired in places with drawers not fitting properly ,and the en suite shower basin ready for replacement .The property would benefit from guttering being fitted to the L shape over the main patio door to the balcony.When it rained the whole area was soaked and green mildew were apparent on the plastic deck and parasol due to the sheer volume of water cascading off the roof.We also had an incident of rowdy behaviour in the pool but the agent and president dealt with it effectively.In summary a fantastic spot and condo with some improvers.

Beautiful Location
The property was wonderful! Perfect location next to the beach, and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. We had lots of room. The filter on the air conditioner unit had not been changed in awhile so it was very dirty, but thankfully there was a spare in the property.
