The property was tired with problems like sliding door that was difficult to use, problems getting hot water in main bathroom shower, trash from previous stay was not collected. AC worked very well. Convenient for where we wated to be. Community pool was very nice and clean. Close to house. Property needs some work

We stayed for an entire week-8 adults and 1 child under 1. Is the house perfect…no, but neither is my house. The management team was super responsive and that made up for any concerns I had. There is a great private backyard area that we sat out in every night and we were even able to enjoy some fresh lemon in our drinks from the lemon tree in the back. The neighborhood is wonderful and we made use of the community pool, multiple parks and nice walking paths throughout our stay. The location is super convenient and close to downtown Tustin, which is a really neat area. Definitely worth the value and we would definitely stay there again.

The pictures of what we were expecting was not at all what we got. The backyard was dirty. We couldn't use the patio. BBQ was dirty. No umbrella. Dog run was dirty. The bar height table in the house had no chairs. The refrigerator water dispenser leaked all over the floor. The dishwasher leaked on the floor. The shower curtain was torn.

So much better and cheaper than a hotel. I’m thankful for this property. It was especially nice for running each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of great options to move around. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the house overall, the location, and the convenient location to Disney and Newport Beach. The house is beautiful with gorgeous fruit trees in the backyard. The size was good for the size of our family, although putting in some bunk beds in one of the rooms would be ideal for larger families with children. I would have some additional recommendations for improvement. 1) Be sure that the door code that is provided is correct. I received two different codes that we tried and neither worked. We stood outside at 1a (due to a flight delay) waiting for the owner or property manager to respond. To his credit, he did respond fairly quickly by text with the correct code but it was few very tiring tense moments. 2) Please work on the water pressure and water temperature in the home. There were seven of us and we could not take showers at the same time due to the time it took for the water to warm up and the water pressure was not high enough to feel like you were clean in the shower. 3) Be sure that the bathroom and shower are cleaned adequately. There were several dark hairs in the Master Bath shower, which was not appealing. 4) Please provide more towels if there is a large family staying in the home. We had some challenges with keeping clean towels. Overall, with these small changes, I'd recommend this home.

My family and I were not comfortable at this house. The floors were uneven, my kids fell a few times due to this. There is absolutely no privacy, no coverings on most of the windows in the back, the drains in the showers did not drain making showering not very desirable, the sheets and blankets were visibly dirty (thank God I brought my own blankets) overall the house was just dirty. Not a comfortable stay at all. The owner was speedy to responding and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet but the house not what we had thought we were renting.
