Darling historic parlor apartment. Lots of space & charming detail. Terrific to have the parking space. Super location to leave the car & walk all three days we were there.

A perfect place to stay when you want to be close to everything in the northern historic district and still be able to sleep at night. The unit is well appointed with everything you need: an amazingly comfortable bed with soft linens, black-out curtains, multiple mirrors and lighting for getting ready, a great sofa for relaxing. The private parking is a HUGE plus. We walked everywhere with ease (which included multiple daily trips to Zunzi's right up Perry Lane for cups of sweet tea - and 6+ gallons to bring home to the freezer!!) because it is so centrally located to all of our favorite places. We will definitely be back!

This apartment was in the perfect location! J. Christopher’s was right next door. I had one of the best egg white omelets I’ve ever tasted! We walked to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday and poked around for awhile before popping in to The Sentient Bean for a coffee and their 3 dipping sauce and fresh bread platter- absolutely delicious. We have been to Savannah a number of times, so this visit we spent just walking around, shopping, eating and drinking. There are so many great places within a five minute walk! The apartment was perfect for us- comfortable bed, hot shower, cold fridge- everything you want on vacation. We’ll be back!

This location was truly unbeatable! We loved how conveniently close this property is to everything. We were also surprised how quiet it gets at night considering how busy the area is during the day. It was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely book this place again.

This was a very cute apartment. Check in and out was very easy. Great location to easily get to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The property manager communicates very well and was so helpful. We had no major issues and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! When we arrived the AC was in the fritz but the team was quick to respond and fix it. The room was precious and perfectly located!

We loved the location of the property! It was within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, a yoga studio, and all the squares and parks that Savannah has to offer.
The bathroom is in need of an overhaul. The kitchen is functional and we didn't cook while we were there so it was fine for us.
The bed was super comfy, and the building was quiet during sleeping hours.
I gave four stars overall because the WiFi did not work for us. However, the location can't be beat!

I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and i would rank this one as the best. It was perfectly appointed, much larger than the photos suggested, and situated right in the middle of all the activities to see and do. The owners had prepared for my vacation experience. Well worth the cost. Thank you.

Great location. Being on the 2nd floor was nice but the upstairs Vrbo people came in at 1230am very loud stomping around yelling and such. Other than that the listing and the room were perfect

We rented for a quick weekend getaway to Savannah. Location is perfect, we didn’t use our car once we parked. Check in is super easy! Host responds quickly. Bed is very comfortable!! Only issue was the sofa bed was uncomfortable, The bathroom door won’t stay closed but it is an older building. We made it work and enjoyed our stay. There isn’t any outdoor seating which I would’ve enjoyed but the colonial park cemetery is right out the front door!!

Location was perfect for walking the city. Parking spot was much appreciated. It has the feel of old world Savannah in all the best ways. Would absolutely stay again. Just one word of caution: you can hear the trains when they blow horns so if you’re a super light sleeper you might want to bring some ear plugs. I could hear it, my partner could not. Even with that I’d 100% still book this place again. It was perfect. The digital guide on the wall had some great recommendations and it was a wonderful addition to the rental.

Great place for a couple or small family. Location is tops for a relaxing weekend in town; visiting historic sites, taking tours, eating out, and walking around green squares/parks in town. Everyrhing was clean and more charming than expected based on photos. Smoke detector outside apartment front door was out of battery when we arrived at 10pm but fixed the next day. What seemed to be a drinking water spigot, or reverse osmosis faucet in the kitchen, did not work. When I inquired with landlord/manager, I was told faucet water was OK for drinking and that this was posted on website. I didnt see that referenced tho and think I may have struck a wrong chord. Did a little research online and it seems perhaps locals are a bit sensitive about the topic. Overall I am not certain what the deal was there but we purchased bottled water and avoided further unpleasant exchange. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

The apartment location was excellent and within walking distance of almost everything. The on-site parking was an added bonus and well worth $15 for the week. The accommodations and furnishings, although not new or fancy, met our needs. My only true complaint was with the check in process. We did not receive our “welcome” email with the entry code as expected from VRBO and we also were unable to access the code through the VRBO app. We arrived at the apartment and were unable to get in. Hence, the low score for check in process. Fortunately our concierge answered the phone and was able to supply the code we needed. Had the concierge been unavailable, check in would have scored lower. We had no further problems after that initial blip.

This place is a great location. Restaurants, shopping, interesting sites all within walking distance. Trolley stops less 2min in both directions. Only downside, no local TV stations.

Just as described. Overall cute and comfy! Gave 4 stars because the microwave barely worked and wish we knew the coffee pot was not a single serve. We had to go buy coffee and filters. Unfortunately, we brought kcups with us. Also, we stayed for 3 nights but only had 4 towels. That was not a problem but we had to purchase laundry detergent so that we could wash the towels. If we had known we would have brought our own detergent.

We enjoyed our visit to Savannah and our stay at this location. Lovely well-kept parlor apartment. Comfortable bed. We ended up eating out for all meals as there were no basic staples in the apartment and grocery was a little too far to walk for us. Parker's Market was great for snacks and munchies late night treats. Would recommend this property as convenient and comfortable.

This location was awesome and so cute inside! Definitely go for the parking out back. I will 100% look to stay here the next time I’m in Savannah! The hosts had a lot of recommendations and a coupon for a tour!

Everything was near perfect! Great communication too.
Would have loved a few chairs in the back court yard if it were groomed. Didn’t like the alley. Kinda dirty but then again its an alley.
Of course its an older place but very clean! Bed was supper comfortable!
Breakfast right around the corner too. We bought coffee and took advantage of the coffee pot.
Bus stop was close even though we did a lot of walking. Witch was good to wear off all the good food we ate!

Charming property, everything within walking distance. Only complaint is the pull out sofa was very, very thin and uncomfortable and lack of linens for it. Other than that, would have been nice to have a little table and chair in the back pocket garden.
