The house was nice but not clean. There was layers of dust on night stands.. You said the hot tub would be clean but it was dirty. There was a big insect problem on the ceilings in the blinds. The property smelled dirty and dingy.

For the first time our family celebrated Christmas together out of town. Our children have taken jobs out of state so we decided to meet in a central location and found this beautiful property. The location was very convenient, only a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville while also close to grocery stores, pharmacy, neighborhood restaurants/bars, etc. We made daily use of the hot tub and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The house wasn't as clean as I would have expected and also had an issue with lady bugs but the property manager compensated us for these inconveniences. If you're looking for a place to stay that feels luxurious yet homey, this is the place for you.

This property is great for large groups. Plenty of rooms to relax. Close enough for a quick UBER to all the action but far enough away for a peaceful end of the day. Clean, well-appointed, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms. Host was easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved celebrating Thanksgiving and an 80th birthday at this place. Lots of big spaces for groups and plenty of rooms for privacy! Easy drive to Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry, plus easy walking to grocery & liquor stores. Teens loved the yard games and everyone loved the hot tub,, deck and gas grill. (We ate all our suppers there, so if you plan to cook meals for 10-12 you will need to request more cooking pots and several serving bowls! )Lots of TVs and everything else you need! ALL beds were super comfortable! Great neighborhood! All 10 of us recommend staying here!

House located in a very nice, safe, neighborhood, very close to Nashville with easy parking. Seems to be a very well cared for home by the owners. We got there a little earlier than expected so requested an hour or 2 early check-in. Didn't hear anything back. Drove past the house and the cleaners were there. Even a "no you can't check in early" would have been better than no response. Inside the house the floor could use some attention. Scuff marks everywhere on the hardwood and clearly in need of buffing or a good scrubbing. We didn't use the deck because it had leaves all over that had clearly been there for some time and could have easily been removed with a leaf blower and 10 minutes of someone's time. Lady bugs were located throughout the living room ceiling. At one point I counted 24. Ladybugs are good luck but no one needs that much good luck. All in all, good stay and beautiful home but could have been better with a little attention to detail.

Possibly one of the best VRBOs my family and I have ever stayed in. Fantastic location with a park near by for little ones and a big backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, etc. Ample room in the house for all. Truly loved our stay here and won't hesitate to book again.

We rented this house so the family of the bride could all stay together, and to use as a meeting place for family who was coming in from out of town to visit us, when each were between events. The brides grandmother stopped over to meet and spend time with her first great-grandchild in this comfortable, well lit home. The wedding photographer took photos of the bride getting ready in the gorgeous master suite vanity area, and took first-looks in the front yard. The enormous master closet was the perfect setting to photograph the wedding dress, and the full length mirrors in each bedroom made it perfect for getting ready. After the wedding my husband and I definitely took advantage of the hot tub, after the rest of our family left town. Thank you so much for the use of this well cared for home. We would love to stay here again sometime. I didn't get any photos on my camera but this home is very photo worthy.

The location was convenient but we had a car. The house fit our group of 9 but if you have more than 10 people, they would have to sleep on pull out couches. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t any Tupperware or containers to store good after we cooked. There was a big dead animal in the garbage can which stunk up the whole yard. We had to roll the garbage can to the end of the property to alleviate some of the stench. Someone from the neighborhood could of throw that animal in there so I don’t completely blame the property but the smell with the heat was awful. Other than those small items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

House was spacious and great for family members who were in town for a wedding. The one complaint from everyone was the lack of support in the mattresses. They were way too soft. Kitchen was big enough for everyone to congregate and was right next to the living room so it was easy for everyone to be together.

The house is beautiful. Working with Michael and Alex was very easy and helpful. We never used the hot tub, but it's a nice feature to have. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. I gave the general condition of the house a 3 star only because the material on the couch on the main living area is itchy and the queen bed on the main floor was very soft and not very comfortable. Overall I would book this house again.

We had 11 of us stay here for Bachelor weekend and was great to enjoy the deck and BBQ for the weekend. Would highly recommend as great overall place to stay and close to downtown Nashville.

This was a great place to stay for our family. We had a little bit of a disappointment when there was no pack n play as the manager stated that their would be before hand so we had to go out and purchase one. Not to be too picky but also wanting to be helpful, dish rags would be nice in the home and also bed linens that don’t pull off the mattress every night. It happened to almost all of the beds.
I would revisit this property! It was close to everything we wanted to see in Nashville and was a beautiful home.

There were 8 people in our party. Four of us had been to Nashville twice before. For the other 4, this was their first time. I decided to rent a home instead of paying for 4 hotel rooms. This home did not disappoint! At 3800 square feet, there was ample room for everyone to be together and for everyone to also have their own quiet retreat. The kitchen was massive. Could have been stocked with a few more kitchen necessities but other than that, it was perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable for everyone. The master suite can definitely use some new fluffy pillows but we were so tired at the end of the day, we were still able to get a good night's sleep. We used the hot tub twice and it was very comfortable after a night on the town. The closet in the master suite is massive and a perfect place to store all of our luggage and clothing. We also enjoyed playing cornhole in the backyard for an entire afternoon. When we come back to Nashville in the summer of 2025, we would definitely like to stay here again. It was perfect!!!

The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for our large group. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property. I would advise people to bring bar soap . Also we did not have any paper towels which were to be provided but otherwise it was better than described.

We loved our stay! It was so nice to be within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Then, we could get downtown and to the Opry in 15 minutes. Loved it!

Beautiful home in a classy neighborhood. 10 women stayed for a weekend and we all enjoyed the space. 2 ladies to a room and every room had a full bathroom except the room with the twin beds. That room was next to a half bath so those ladies shared the master shower with 2 other ladies. The living room was cozy and the kitchen was perfect to sit around the island having drinks 🍹 and snacking. The weather was nice so we were able to use the outdoor deck and hot tub which was really nice. Loved the garage and driveway space for cars. A short ride into the Gulch and Broadway... we Ubered a few times which was about $30 . We walked to a Mexican restaurant which was about 5 blocks away which was really good! (Pepper?) I forgot the name. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is wonderful - so many comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout is fabulous. The master bedroom suite, huge bathroom and huge walk-in closet were so luxurious. We rented this house and used it as home base for my daughter’s wedding. It was hot and the air conditioning was great. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more utensils, salad bowl, serving dishes and supplies such as paper towels, dish towels, foil, wrap, etc. Otherwise it was perfect and great for a large group.

6 people stayed for a weekend in Nashville and it was very comfortable! Most everyone had their own bathroom which was nice for 6 ladies! The area was super close Uber to downtown but far enough away that it’s not super loud. It was clean! The only thing is there are a lot of glass doors like the front door but as long as you’re not walking around looking indecent, it’s fine. I would stay here again.

We stayed for my 50th birthday and loved every minute! I wasn't sure about staying out of the city but it was a quick Uber ride and nice to be in the quiet neighborhood. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space! My only complaint would be how to lock up and enter was in the back and little inconvenient but other than that we had a great stay!
