Great location, super clean and great communication from owner. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed, primarily due to location and how well supplied it is. Only thing I would like to change would be black out curtains for bedroom. But otherwise, great stay.

Can not say enough good things about this condo. Spotlessly clean and in the perfect location for walking to all the great shops, bars, and restaurants in downtown TC.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place. We had one problem come up and Paula was very responsive and offered a quick solution for us. The place was wonderful-even better than the pictures. Location was great as well!

Such a clean, perfect location and stylish place. The pictures do not do this place Justice. Paula was a great host and would respond when needed. Perfect to walk to everything! Door dash was our new friend and so many cool places and nice people!

Property was amazing - the best location, about 1 block from a few restaurants and 2 blocks from the Main Street. The condo was exceptionally cared for - looked brand new, clean and was probably better in person than the pictures even showed! There was a bottle of wine and bottles of water in our fridge upon our arrival - how thoughtful! The host was available for a few questions before our arrival and during our stay. The ONLY negative things to say are that the toilet made an awfully weird noise after every single flush - we got used to it, but scared us at first! And the A/C didn't seem to work to our coolness standard. It wasn't hot in the condo by any means, we stayed there comfortably but we like it a bit cooler in the evenings and the second night was awfully hot - we had to open every window and sleep with just the sheet, the mattress ran very hot! The condo would be perfect for two people, but we made do with the pullout couch for our kids. Those are extremely small things, but we would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this unit!

We throughly enjoyed our first stay at Paula’s condo. We all kept commenting on how clean it was from top to bottom. The pictures don’t really show how modern, new, and clean is the space. We also love the area; very close to The Parlour, and Rare Bird and just a few blocks south of the busy Main Street of TC. The few times we couldn’t find a space in the lot, we used the parking app and parked in the ramp. We made some family memories playing board games, watching movies, and exploring both peninsulas. We will definitely be back!

Condo was absolutely perfect for our getaway. Very clean, cozy and updated. Easy checkin. Host is amazing with communication. Walking distance to most anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed another great stay in Paula's condo. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable for our 5 night stay. Communicating with Paula is effortless. Her place is better then what is shown in the photos. Looking forward to another stay in the future. We appreciated the bottle of wine she left for us.

The condo was perfect for 2 right in downtown Traverse City with parking. Host was great when we had a hiccup at check in, but didn’t effect how much we enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back sometime.

We so enjoyed our week in Traverse City, and this condo was a big part of the enjoyment. Near the shopping and restaurants, quiet, and a clean and pleasant space. We will return. The only thing that disappointed was the Roku remote/TV. Very complicated and no way to find live broadcast stations. No way to watch favorite network shows.

This property was spotless, all amenities are included, even things like coffee pods, kleenex, kitchen spices, shampoo, like being at home. Great location in safe neighborhood, walk to many restaurants and bars. Very high-speed internet, cable TV in living and bedroom. Very comfortable. Property host was very responsive.

Simply put, Sand and Snow Capri #107 is EXCEPTIONAL! This gem of a place has everything going for it!! Beautiful, new, well appointed condo with the bonus of a parking pass to the new ramp next door. Safe neighborhood that's perfectly located to leave the car parked and walk to scores of restaurants and shops, plus river boardwalks, parks, beaches and of course, Lake Michigan! Highly recommend this place. Paula provided a flawless experience from booking to checkout.

Great condo in a perfect location close to downtown. Condo was very clean and well maintained. The only issue that I had was during check in the key code provided to the front door did not work and I could get ahold of the owner for the next 1.5 hrs. Eventually resolved and I would recommend staying here again.
