Seul le lecteur d'un mile de la I-70, cette maison de ville spacieuse est très proche de la City Market et une variété de restaurants. Il est centralement et idéalement situé pour profiter de tout ce que Summit County a à offrir: 4 stations de ski de renommée mondiale, un incroyable VTT, des randonnées pédestres, un fantastique sentier de vélo de route qui s’étend jusqu’à Vail.
NOTE DE LITERIE: Jusqu'au 14 janvier 2019, la 3ème chambre contiendra 4 lits simples (2 lits superposés). Après le 15 janvier, les lits superposés seront retirés et remplacés par un lit queen. La chambre dormira toujours 4, mais avec 2 reines, plutôt que 4 simples.
Bien que l’hiver soit roi dans le comté de Summit, les plaisirs de l’été sont également abondants. La marina et l’amphithéâtre sont à un mille de distance pour la navigation de plaisance et les concerts estivaux.
Même si une voiture est recommandé, l'arrêt comté de bus gratuit est à environ 1/2 mile de cette maison. L'Attaché au garage est un équipement formidable pendant les mois les plus froids, et avec cela, vient l'allée, qui dispose d'un parking pour deux véhicules supplémentaires.
La maison dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, y compris une mijoteuse pour assurer le piment est prêt quand vous rentrez des pistes. La table de la salle à manger est assez grande pour 8 personnes et le bar du petit-déjeuner dispose de 3 tabourets offrant beaucoup de place. Bien sûr, une rondelle pleine grandeur et la sécheuse sont dans l'unité.
Pour le divertissement, le Smart-TV dans le salon est LED avec câble haute définition de 55 pouces. Le téléviseur inclut Netflix et Amazon Prime intégrés (utilisez vos propres comptes). Internet haute vitesse sans fil (70 MBPS) fournit une bande passante suffisante pour la lecture en continu. Pour un excellent son et de la musique en streaming TV, une barre de Sonos est partie de l'installation.

Il y a deux caméras situées à l'extérieur de l'entrée principale: au-dessus de la porte d'entrée montrant le porche et sur le perron donnant sur l'allée. Il y a une troisième caméra dans le garage. Ces caméras sont pour la sécurité et la sûreté de la maison et de tous les invités. La caméra de garage a la capacité d'enregistrer de l'audio. Les autres caméras ne le font pas.
Pour garantir la conformité avec les directives sur le bruit du voisinage, nous avons installé des dispositifs de mesure du son dans la salle de séjour à l'étage. Enjoyed being close to many ski resorts

The heating unit downstairs went out while we were there. We got in contact with the owner and he said go to the store and try some batteries. Thankfully that worked, but it wasn’t our job to fix something on the rental. Also hasn’t paid us back as he stated he would for fixing the issue. Condo is in town up the road from a grocery store, gas station, and theater.

Perfect Colorado Getaway
We had an amazing time in Colorado and loved staying at this property. The location cannot be beat! We did so many activities that were all within about 35 minutes of this location. Snow tubing in Frisco, snowshoeing at Vail, walking around Breckenridge and skiing/snowboarding at Loveland. We also visited Iron Mountain Hot Springs about 1.5 hours away. Even just driving about three minutes over to the Dillon Reservoir for the kids to play at the snow-covered park was fun. The area around the house is perfect with a grocery store three minutes away and several shops and restaurants.
The house is perfectly appointed with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We loved having three bathrooms and showers for our party of seven to use. We cooked every morning and night in the kitchen and were so pleased with everything available to use for preparing our meals. The gas fireplace put out lots of heat. The soundbar was fun to use when we were having dinner and happy hour. We loved using the garage and being able to get into a warm car that wasn't covered in snow. We have stayed in many different rental properties as a group and all agreed this was probably the best for our families.

Great views and a large place. Everything was there that needed to be. House could have been cleaner and carpets are a little worn down. But I'd stay there again.

Dillon Stay
Property was as advertised!! Clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and location to stores, restaurants, liquor, ski shops was superb. Kitchen is well stocked and views were awesome. Saw a fox roaming around area which was pretty cool. Having a garage is a huge plus as well. Owner Tom was fantastic always answering our questions promptly! Will do again no doubt!!!!

This is a beautiful property with a 2 car garage. The owner is very responsive through text if you need anything and he makes it extremely easy to check in. It is a very comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view and easy access to restaurants, stores or ski areas (15 to 20 min to A-Basin, Breck, Keystone, Loveland or Copper. The garage door opener is an especially nice touch so you are never punching codes in the cold to get in or leave. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful updated condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tom's condo. Tom was Very easy to communicate with and offered to help us if we had any problems. The condo was spotless when we arrived . The kitchen and baths are updated and the Decour is nice. It is a quiet neighborhood and there are lovely mountain views from both decks in the back of the condo. You could walk to City Market, restaurants, and the theatre. We really appreciated the washer and dryer and double garage, because we trailer a. Motorcycle. I can recommend this condo.

Ski Trip - March 2019
Comfortable place with lots of room in a great location. We loved pulling our car into the warm garage and unloading our ski stuff there instead of out in the snow. Plenty of room in this newer town home. Clean and easy to live in. We helped ourselves to the movie selection on the smart TV and used the indoor hot tub at the complex after every ski day. We always had one to hot tub to ourselves (there are two inside).

The property is a wonderful home in a quiet, condo community. There was plenty of room for our family and the home was stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. It helped make our skiing weekend fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Tom is quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend this property for any family needing to get away.

Nice House and Conveniently Located near Ski Areas
The owner was very kind. The house is located in a safe area where you can drive in without much difficulties even during icy or snowy conditions, it is also conveniently within miles away from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. You can also walk to City Market or the Movie Theater.

Perfect accommodations for our ski trip!
This condo has it all! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tom's condo during our family ski trip. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (3 adult children). The location made it very easy to ski 4 ares; Keystone, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, and Vail. Having 2 floors and 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. The condo is super clean and thoughtfully appointed. It has a fully stocked modern kitchen, charging stations, a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and very comfortable beds. It was nice to have a garage and plenty of storage for our skis and boots. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sky turn pink every morning as the sun came up.

It was a perfect place for us to call home for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Owner was available by phone if we needed anything which we didn't!

Beautiful mountain cabin feel
The place was just wonderful! It gave you that feeling of being in a mountain cabin, but very close to town and amenities. Beds were comfy, everything nicely decorated. Great mountain views, but there is also the highway in your view, as there is most places around this area. Nice layout, well stocked kitchen. Dillon & Frisco are great little towns, & host was great to work with. Only suggested improvement-there was no furniture on either deck, except the grill. Overall, I would stay again whenever possible!

We enjoyed our stay loved the place ! The only thing I didn't like was the couch it sinks in middle hard for two to sit on it comfortably . Other then that we had a nice stay . Would stay again sometime 👍𣐼

Will definately stay again!
We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. Everything we needed was already there for us and when we arrived and had trouble figuring out the security system Tom answered right away and talked us through it; which was greatly appreciated after a 14 hour drive! The location was convenient and it was great to have a market and Starbucks just down the street. The condo's set up with 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds worked well for our family. The washer and dryer was a nice convenience to have right outside all of the bedrooms so we could do a load of laundry every day before we headed out to explore. We were moving our son home from an 8 week stay in Denver so it was nice to have an empty garage to store his belongings in for the week which was out of our way. The condo provided all the necessities of home which allowed us to pack less to come we especially liked the large gas grill on the deck, the Keurig, all the larger pots and pans, well organized kitchen, games provided, lawn chairs, and welcome guide that helped us feel at home right away without trying to figure out how everything worked on our own. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, the next time we visit we will definitely make this location our first choice!

* awesome location - easy to find, close to so many things to do and amenities
* very well appointed accommodation - comfortable living and dining spaces very nicely laid out for a family to spend time together, and comfortably spread out bedrooms for privacy and rest
* lots of little touches from the Keurig, to the smart TVs and games, to the wide assortment of cooking supplies, left us wanting nothing during our stay!

Fantastic Condo with Stunning Views!!
This condo was absolutely perfect. Working with the owner was very easy and he was very prompt in getting back to me. The location of the condo was very convenient for skiing at Keystone, A-Basin and Breckenridge. The views of the mountains were awesome. The condo was in great shape and very well stocked with amenities (kitchen utensils, TV's, games, etc). We stayed with another family and several kids. With the three bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We received 40" of snow the week we were there, so it was great having a garage to park our car in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Summit County, but I would suggest booking early as I intend on returning!

Comfortable and convenient
Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable two-level location. The owner was prompt in responding to all communications. The property was well-furnished and clean. The clubhouse with hot-tubs was close by, less than a football field walk across the street. The location was very convenient, close to downtown Dillon and all the needed amenities. We would stay here again.
