We stayed here in January and had a great stay with 8 adults and 4 kids. The common area is huge and a fantastic gathering area where we spent most of our time after skiing. Highly recommend.

The house in Ellicottville was large and spacious for our three families. We loved that it was close to the village that we could walk and enjoy all the wonderful shops and restaurants. The kitchen was large and great for cooking as well as the large table all 8 of us could eat at!
The property does need some minor things to be addressed. The grill was very dirty and the ignition switch did not work. There was standing water in one of the cabinets from a coffee pot that had been put in on it's side as well as another coffee pot that we had to clean as it had a moldy coffee filter left in it. There was a lot of food left in the cabinets, much of it was opened.
The upstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds had an outlet box that was hanging out of the wall and the upstairs bathroom faucet sprayed into the hallway carpet. The tub in that bathroom also did not drain well.
In general the house was great for our group, large and spacious. For the price per night for the house, we would have hoped some things could have been addressed before renters arrived.

We were in town for a close friend’s wedding. 3 couples, 2 additional adults and an infant. There was plenty of space , well equipped and everything was clean. The host was very accommodating.

The property was very nice. Really great set up for accommodations and large groups even though our group was small. The property was quiet and close to town. There were a couple of things that needed minor repair like a patio door lock and a shower handle that was wonky. The beds were hotel quality and super comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this property with a group of friends. The location and accommodations are perfect for a group of 6-8 adults Within walking distance to town, the kitchen is fabulous for a large group to entertain. Communication with owner was excellent. Prompt responses to questions, check in was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property

My family and I stayed there for our winter break. The condo is beautiful. I did find a few things that should of been addressed. The cleaning company missed or has missed several spots. There was food residue all over the outside of oven door. They don’t clean under or behind the bed in the first floor bedroom or on top of the bed frame. The heating in the house is very annoying. There is no heat on the first floor. The first floor bedroom only has heat from two space heaters and a gas fireplace. There is only one thermostat that controls the second and third floor so the kids would roast on the third floor if you had the heat on. The living room rug has a few stains on it from people spilling stuff. The town is cute but there is no variety of food there. They all serve the same kind of food and the two restaurants that are different are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Excellent owner response to questions prior to trip and during stay. Kitchen is well appointed with oversized frig and gas range. All comfortable beds and heated floors in bathrooms. Nice deck with large gas grille. Garage kept at least one car not snow covered. Loved it! We will be back!

will definitely consider this unit when back in E-ville. A little hint for future guests: there are 2 thermostats- one for the floors and one for the ambient temperature - which is great. The upstairs bedrooms can get warm so make sure you adjust both when retiring for the night if you prefer cooler sleeping conditions.

I have been in these properties before. In fact, I was interested in purchasing one many years ago. They are starting to show their age. Water pressure is extremely low. Location is superb. Overall a good experience.

My friends and I rented Aspen West for our annual Ellicottville girls' weekend. The villa was wonderful! There was plenty of room for 8 of us, the beds were comfortable, the villa was spotless, and the four full baths came in handy for 8 women! It was a short walk into town for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. I had great communication with Ryan. He promptly replied to all of my questions, and check in and out was a breeze! I would highly recommend staying at Aspen West!!

The house was great! Very clean and modern. The only negative is the kids room had plastic on the beds and no ventilation. All supplies were in the house and it was great.

The property is large for family gathering. It needs to have a through deep cleaning. The kitchen lacks many items. Large cookie sheets, beater, Kerig coffee maker, griddle, Enough flatware for ten adults. Bowls for snacks hot trivet for table. Hand rails in showers for safety. Patio deck needs repair of spongey deck board. Tv were not operational overall we made the best of our time together. Also this is not handicap accessible. As we had a disabled friend in our group.

We had a great time and experience staying at this property. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was clean and well stocked upon arrival. We had 2 families stay with children and was perfect location to town and Holimont / Holiday Valley where we skied for 3 days. Highly recommend, we had a great time!
