We spent two nights at this property. The owner is extremely responsive. The condo is modern and the beds so comfy. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our third or fourth year staying at this location. Not only is the interior of the condo, beautiful and comfortable but the balcony is one of my favorite places to sit, or in the Square below in front of the fountain. Jon is always quick to respond if any needs arise. Every year there has been an Italian festival in the Square below, which is super fun to watch and enjoy. I do recommend bringing an eye mask as the lights in the area below stay on all night and the curtains inside do not block any of the light. If you are a super light sleeper, there are sometimes noises from events that go until approximately 10 or 11 PM in the square below, but it’s never been an issue for us.Definitely give this location a 5 star!!!

The condo is amazing, and the location was perfect for our activities. It was a little difficult to navigate the entry the first time, but the owner was very responsive and helpful.

This was a very cute place, clean and perfect for our weekend. There were a few hiccups, difficulties finding the parking, only one roll of TP per bath and no extra, shower products in shower were all empty…but those are minor inconveniences.
We were still able to have a great weekend and enjoy seeing each other.

The property is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location. It's a lovely condo, beautifully furnished with everything you'd need for multi-day stay. The condo is adjacent to an outdoor mall with lots of shopping options and also a Dave & Busters. For our weekend stay, there were a lot of loud and busy activities going on in this mall but that's what we expected and I'm sure this is not a normal thing. The property is very close to the trolley line, Vivint Arena and the convention center, along with dining options. We had a little trouble checking into the unit on Day 1 but we were finally able to contact the owner and resolve the issue.

We were so pleased with everything about our stay. The location was fantastic. We walked for coffee/breakfast every morning. Downtown was a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The place itself was really clean and had everything we needed. We always appreciate a washer and dryer since we are a family of 5. We are definitely recommending this VRBO to family and friends that are visiting Salt Lake.

We were so pleased with everything about our stay. The location was fantastic. We walked for coffee/breakfast every morning. Downtown was a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The place itself was really clean and had everything we needed. We always appreciate a washer and dryer since we are a family of 5. We are definitely recommending this VRBO to family and friends that are visiting Salt Lake.

The location is great, very close to downtown, next to Vivint Arena and Gateway Mall. Condo is very clean and nice. Comfy beds and good pillows. The check in is tricky, but the owner is very nice and will help you through the process. We are already planning to stay there again, the next time we are in SLC.

Great location and property!
Loved the property and location as we were able to easily walk to Vivant and SPCC. Many stores at Gateway closed unfortunately, but grocery store was a big plus. A few homeless in the area so be careful in evening, but that's pretty much all of SLC. Excellent communication with Jon. Only glitch we had with check-in was we had requested and told we could do early check-in, and group before us extended a day and we weren't notified so we arrived several hours early and couldn't check in. Jon was great about letting us drop our bags in the place while being cleaned and we were very appreciative. Clean and comfortable, loved that there were basic amenities like shampoo and soap. Have already planned a trip and stay here next year!!! Thank you Jon and Angie - loved your place!!!

Best rest for attending a convention
Condo is 3-4 blocks from convention center. After a day filled with people coming back to a quite neighborhood is key. Places to eat, green areas for children to play or for you to just relax. The home has enough room that we were able to invite fellow team members/family over for a home cooked meal. We would stay here again!

We loved this condo. Walking distance to lots of shopping and many things to do. It was spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with towels and linens, it was perfect. It was a bit confusing upon arrival, but after we got it all figured out, everything was great. We would diffiently stay here again. Linda

Great downtown location
While convenient and grocery stores are not in the immediate area, restaurants and taxi services are quite good. Also, it is not a long walk to Main Street for food and entertainment. The facility is wonderfully appointed, but you should your media tech geek on to handle the many televisions. Definitely a place to stay again

Beautiful apartment to stay in downtown SLC
Apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable in a convenient downtown location with restaurants nearby. The Cottonwood Ski resorts only approx 40min away. We loved our week stay. Had slight difficulty getting initial access into the security building but owner was very prompt replying and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can return again.

But the instructions work, just give yourself a little time! Once you do it, it's easy-peasy. Underground parking would be a big plus in the winter, we visited in the summer and it was also nice to get into a cool car. The apartment is a bit bigger in real life from what I expected, well-appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and used it every morning to sip our tea! The surroundings were very quiet. The downtown location is perfect for coffee (shop right out the door), shopping (short walk to the beautiful City Creek Mall), fun activities at Gateway, and easy walk to the sports venues. We even took in a free yoga class on the mall right below the room. We also used the fitness room- had all the necessities and well-maintained equipment. The complex is very nice and well-kept. Owner was very responsive and communicated quickly and efficiently. Whenever I am in SLC and in need of a 2 BR (2 bathrooms was a real plus!) I wouldn't hesitate to book this beauty again!

Great Views and Location
Nice two bedroom two bath condo overlooking the Gateway Plaza, next door to Vivant Arena. Roomy and natural light, good for hanging out in the living/dining area. Secured building with underground parking is nice. Once we parked, we never had to get back in our vehicle - everything was within our walking distance. Would definitely do this condo again in the future. A couple items: as we tried to check in - there was a bit of a delay getting access to the unit - close to an hour. After a long drive, that was a bit of an inconvenience. There were no hand towels,only 4 bath towels and wash cloths. No soap for showers. A previous person's underwear was sitting next to the printer, so we wondered how truly clean it was - but it did appear to us the unit was clean. Aside from a few minor inconveniences, the condo was great and we would definitely recommend this. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was for the inconveniences of no extra towels, bath soap, an hour's delay in checking in, and old white underwear on the counter from someone else.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations
We rented over Thanksgiving weekend and found the apartment was just great. Pristine, clean, hotel like amenities. Less than a mile from the Mormon Temple and City Creek Shopping Center. We were very impressed with SLC. This is a great place to explore the city and provides easy access to the beautiful surrounding resort areas. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals before we set out on our adventures. The complex is excellently maintained Everyone we met was welcoming. It was a lovely experience.
