Lovely location with mountain view overlooking the river. The condo is "tired" with some minor blips like missing closet knob & dresser screws. This is one that seems more all out rental than owner-loved. Not much in the way of TLC, amenities, or finer touches. It's due for some renovation/remodeling. However, everything worked and the view and village access are plusses. We were a short 5 day stay. I would want something "moreso" if I were staying longer and I would definitely need laundry which it is not clear if there's anywhere one could do that nearby. If you are here to ski, we strongly encourage you to make arrangements to keep your equipment in town. It's a good hike with all of your gear (We like Vista Bahn at the base of Gondola One) but a comfortable walk without it. We had a mishap upon arrival due to flooding from an upstairs condo. Vail Management was on it immediately and had us fixed up within 24 hours. We've been to Vail often enough now, that we would definitely prioritize properties managed by them. I've heard not-so-good stories about other management companies. All in all, a nice stay and since we don't linger in the condo, it was good for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At the beginning we where very excited about this property's proximity to Vail town and the appealing photos turned into disappointment during our stay. While the manager explained that some noise from old pipes and creaky wooden floors was expected due to the building's age, the reality exceeded our expectations. The incessant loud noises persisted throughout the day and night, making some moments unbearable and hindering our ability to sleep on certain nights.The practicality of staying here for skiing enthusiasts is questionable. The difficulty in accessing the property with boots, skis, poles, and other gear proved to be a significant inconvenience. It's essential for potential guests to consider this factor, especially if they plan to spend a substantial amount of time on the slopes.Moreover, the malfunctioning amenities added to our frustration. The lack of TV signal, broken toaster, and humidifiers not in working condition further diminished the overall experience. These issues, combined with the disruptive noises, left us feeling that the property did not justify its price.Sadly, we wouldn't recommend it, particularly for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay during their time in Vail.

As advertised. 10-min walk to Golden Peak lift (#6). Amenities were dated, but adequate. Master bedroom/bathroom could use a refresh. Teen kids thought the sofa beds were comfortable. Kitchen was ok, except for the dishwasher, which broke during our stay. None of this is to say it wasn’t a good place to stay… it was. Just could have been better.

Really enjoyed the location of this rental. It was very spacious. However, I could hear every footstep from the unit above, which woke me up very early in the morning.
