Renovated unit with ocean and pool views, on the 2nd (so if you're Américan, 3rd) floor with elevator access and a ramp outside to get in the building (which is on the east side). Comfortable pull out bed we used instead of the single beds. There is AC in the common area but not the bedroom. Induction stove and well stocked kitchen. The water pressure was great! The patio furniture was really comfortable and there are pins and a place to hang your clothes outside after using the washer. Fridge and TV are a good size. There wasn't any road noise, and neighbors were silent, though you can hear them talking in the hallway if they do (rare). Joana is so responsive and sweet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is located in a great building with access to a pool and tennis court. Great view to the see. Small but with everything you need. Great option to explore Almunecar and la Herradura beaches. The host was very helpful :-)
