Gray House is a cute small house for two. Though it is small, but layout is well thought and very comfortable for two adults.

This property was in a great location, a safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to see, Cannon Beach, Multnomah Falls, Hoyt Arboretum, Columbia River Gorge, and the airport. It was the perfect size for two of us, full kitchen and very comfortable bed! There was 2 other small rentals on her property in the backyard. Owner was very friendly whenever we encountered her and so were the neighbors. Would stay here again if we return.

The unit was easy to access, and it felt private and safe. Holiday decorations made the rooms welcoming and festive.

This property is located in a quiet residential area, which made it feel very quiet and safe.

The hostess was available to answer any questions . The week I stayed was very nice. Every thing I could want or need was there. Nice clean place to go to during non working hours.

It was super quiet and so cozy! It literally felt like home I loved it here so much, and the owners really thought about convenience of others while making this, they had literally had everything you need without even expecting it or asking for it

This property was very nice and suited our needs which were to have a nice safe place to stay while we visited our grand kids.. Much better than just a hotel room. We recommend this listing.

The "Get Away" was just enough ! It was close to everything we needed. The Neighborhood was quite and we felt safe. If the time comes that I need to go back to Vancouver I will for sure see if this is available

A clean little getaway in a quiet neighborhood, would stay here again

We stayed 4 nights in The Grey Getaway. Overall it was very convenient for our purpose (visiting family) and we would stay there again. Pros: Owner was VERY responsive to our needs (extra towels and batteries for the electric door lock). Affordably priced, with a large kitchen (we didn't use it to cook, but every appliance in it was full sized), comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water, very clean (except for the toaster). Cons: We would have liked extra towels without having to ask (only 2 bath towels/washcloths and 1 hand towel), toaster needed a good cleaning, sitting room couch is terribly uncomfortable, wifi is a bit weak and comes and goes based on where you are in the apartment. Just go in knowing that this rental (as well as 2 others on site) are in a neighborhood setting, in a remodeled garage and you will find it a good, safe, clean place to sleep. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the rental you might be disappointed, but as a place to rest your head after a busy day out, The Grey Getaway is just fine.

Very nice apartment. Had nice sitting area outside. We would have liked to have a tv in the living area and not just in bedroom but it was a nice tv. Could have used a few more dishes in order to do much cooking. Needed can opener, a larger skillet and more forks. But our stay was very good!

I’m hoping to book this location again for my next visit. While another reviewer said the furniture was only to be viewed because it wasn’t comfortable, I enjoyed my coffee on the couch while working on my crosswords. I have AT&T and the coverage is horrible in this part of town. I was able to text but phone calls are out.

To start with, the property was self-described as a new property, yet we were told many had stayed and had no connectivity problems and it does have a several year history of reviews. 5 star property that requires you to take off your shoes; expired package of bagels left in fridge for us???? You must be lying in bed to watch tv; couch and dinette set cramped and uncomfortable as was the spongy bed against the wall. We found on arrival that we had zero connectivity with our AT&T phone/internet service. After contacting our provider, nothing could be done to remedy the situation. We asked to be released from our18 day reservation due to this problem and our need for phone service. VRBO told us that only the owner could end the contract and make it available for another renter. We agreed to pay for unrented days. However, the owner never put the unit up for rent. We lost 100% of our payment and were forced to rent another place.
