Cette chambre 3, 2 salle de bain complète, Navire maison Bottom est juste une maison de l'océan et les étapes de la dune avec d'excellentes vues sur l'océan de la cuisine, salle à manger, salon, chambre à coucher principale et des ponts. Cette maison dispose d'un éclairage naturel exceptionnel dû à un énorme (12 pi. X 10 pi.) trapèze en forme de fenêtre. Il dispose d'un plafond cathédrale, abondantes (privés) de stationnement hors rue, chambres climatisées, une très grande terrasse w / barbecue Weber, et des douches en plein air. Il est à distance de marche d'excellents restaurants, des commerces et des activités nautiques. Il est situé sur une partie étroite de l'île où deux blocs courts séparent la plage de l'océan à long luxueuse de la baie avec un port de plaisance et un compliment plein d'activités nautiques (grande pêche et crabe au large d'un immense quai public, location de bateaux, kayaks, et jet ski.)
Service de navette gratuit vous amènera à chaque extrémité de cette île-barrière de 18 mile et tous les spots préférés entre les deux. Pour des vues magnifiques, gravir les 217 marches du Vieux Barney phare à l'extrémité nord de l'île avec des promenades en nature, les musées et State Park ou visiter la pointe sud de l'île avec son sanctuaire d'oiseaux serein. Entre il ya des parcs d'attractions, parcs aquatiques, des cages de frappeurs, mini-golf, des courts de tennis, des installations pour handicapés, théâtre d'été, des concerts gratuits, et toutes les petites boutiques indépendantes et les odeurs d'une communauté plage animée. Il ya des bateaux charters et bateaux de partie pour la pêche en haute mer et pour seulement 10 $, vous pouvez prendre une croisière sur la baleine noire (Beach Haven). First time beach house renter here!
Listing delivered! House was clean, comfortable and we were all able to relax there. The deck space and proximity to the beach and eateries made the week a success!

Great location close to the beach. House wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Grill was not a Weber as advertised and was very greasy. AC units were loud and there were spaces intentionally cut out in the walls which made it hard for privacy and to keep the cool air in.

LBI Summer 2021
Great location close to the beach. House wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Grill was not a Weber as advertised and was very greasy. AC units were loud and there were spaces intentionally cut out in the walls which made it hard for privacy and to keep the cool air in.

The location could not be beat - it was so close to the beach and the deck had a wonderful view. Ample parking and natural light. Some minor issues, like cabinets off hinges and light bulbs burnt out were there but overall the rental was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed it!

My husband and 13 year old daughter and two of her friends had an awesome week staying at this house. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. Being just one house off the beach made it perfect! We loved that the area was quiet but a quick drive to fun and exciting places in Beach Haven. Right near the house is great restaurants and shops. Joan was great to us during our stay, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and a minor issue was tended too promptly and efficiently!! She is a great host! We thank her and all involved for making our stay.....perfect!!😎

The house was very close to the beach and had ample parking which was quite convenient.

This was our first time on LBI and we had the best week. The house is one away from the beach, so the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and the beach was beautiful. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is located just steps from the beach and was very clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a nice home to relax in right by the beach then this is the place. Waking up and enjoying breakfast outside on the spacious deck is a great way to start the day followed by the convenience of walking minimal steps to get onto the beach. There is plenty of parking on the property which makes it nice if someone is coming to down to spend the day. Joan was very kind and sent us information around attractions and great places to eat. She checked in upon our arrival to and would make herself available if we needed to get in contact with her. The neighbors were just as great as they would tell us the best places to eat and gave us great recommendations. Bay village, restaurants, activities and attractions were all within a ten minute drive at most. However there are a lot of walkable places from the property which we all enjoyed. The sandbox cafe at the end of the street is a must try for breakfast. Throughout our stay we had family and friends make a day trip who all loved the location and the house. Definitely would recommend the property to someone else.

Perfect Location
You can't beat the location to the beach! Just steps to the sand and ocean. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Same street where the lifeguard stand is which is very nice. Close to restaurants and bike rentals. Quiet street. House is well-maintained, has most everything you need and Joan is very helpful & responsive.
