I loved the distribution, the bathroom, toilet... It was all impeccable and cleaning was superb. Well connected to Kamata station (good for JR pass and connection to shinkansen in Shinagawa) and to Keikyu Kamata (good for Haneda airport). We for sure would like to come again. Would like to mention that I forgot something in the house and they kept it for me for over a week. Very happy and grateful.
I liked everything, very comfy and lovely house Japanese styled.

We were hoping to have an automatic bidet toilet. Also, the check-in instruction for the obtaining can be a bit confusing. We had trouble knowing what number is the password
