The apartment is prepared for the guest in every detail. Everywhere very clean. Great contact with the owner. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Liquids and soaps are available to guests in the bathroom. There was air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Safe and quiet so you can really relax. Next to the complex there is a supermarket and restaurants. I recommend and will definitely come back.

I recommend this apartment! Easy communication with owner, handed over the keys as soon as we arrived, adjusted to our arrival time in the evening, check out was also very easy. Apartment itself was very cosy, enough place for 4 persons, great wi-fi and smart TV's. The owner left chocolate, coffee, masks, shower supplies for us. There was everything we could need.

The apartment is cosy, as its name suggests, it has great location – it is not only close to the Yumbo center, but it is also close to several big supermarkets (Mercadona and HiperDino), which makes your life much easier if you prefer to make your own meals. The flat is clean and has all necessary stuff for self-catering, good wifi and access to communal swimming pool if you don't feel like walking to Playa del Ingles beach. We (a group of three) liked this apartment, as for us, budget travellers, it satisfied all our needs. Importantly, communication with the owner was spot on.
The entrance lock needs to be improved. Also the windows locks did not work.

Great location. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Very responsive hosts. Easy walk to everything. Loved the back to front cross-breeze in the apartment. And the price was excellent - we paid the same for a two-week stay as many of our friends paid for one week! Also surprisingly quiet for its central location.
As to the apartment itself, everything was fine. The apartment is a little old fashioned, but that was clear from the photos and was what we were expecting. The Los Molinos complex itself is not beautiful, but the location of the apartment within the complex is very good - no need to use the elevators as the apartment is only one flight of stairs up from the entrance.

Excellent location for the bus routes around the island. Take the San Fernando stop its easier and less people.
Accommodation is located in an older building, however the flat is super clean and with modern flooring and a super nice comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge.
The building is safe with security key card entry. Theres a pool area which was very clean with sun loungers. Although could do with some updating, it appears this is taking place.
Great host met me and was available to contact 24 hours.
Overall Good location Clean Comfortable apartment.

The apartament is very confortable and has the basic essential things you need for a good stay. The check-in process with Simona was very easy, even despite my late arrival.
You have supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around which are a very good help
