Bonjour, la première chambre problème de lavabo et douche bouché j’ai l’impression que à la réception était au courant du problème vu la remarque de son collègue bref obligé de changer de chambre j’étais seul à ce moment là et personne pour m’aider à emmener nos affaires dans l’autre chambre

The location was nice, very close to the metro. Quite decent, pretty clean overall. Luggage storage available before check-in / after check-out.

Staff: Not the friendliest... There were friendly staff but not all. Generally very helpful though. Bathroom: One of the doors to the bathroom shelf fell down when we were getting tissue paper. It was kind of scary. Wifi: Wifi stopped working without notice one night, and there's no announcement whatsoever... I had to call and check every now and then and was told they didn't know when it would be fixed. It caused some trouble for me as my phone's connection was not so good, and I couldn't work. Location: There seem no supermarket / convenience stores nearby, so we needed to get food from the city centre before coming back to the hotel. There's a restaurant and some vending machines in the hotel though.

Közvetlenül a metrómegálló mellett található, 10 perc a belváros, a reptér pedig 20 perc (1 átszállással). A reggeli egyszerűen fantasztikus! Az ágyak kényelmesek, tisztaság és kellemes illatok mindenütt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Amszterdami viszonylatban jó áron foglalható. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük!

Egy dolog nem tetszett, a fürdőszoba elhúzható üvegajtaja (nem átlátszó) a szobára nyílt, nem a folyosóra. Így, amikor valaki éjjel bement, a kiszűrődő fény zavarta a többieket.

Das Frühstück hat uns gefallen, von allem genügend da und frisch. Personal beim Frühstück freundlich Ein Hotelmanager der uns angesprochen hat war sehr freundlich und tat verständnisvoll.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Keine Toilettenbürste,Glasscheibe verschmiert,fleckig vom Gast davor, Ablage fleckig,keine Hygnieartikel in der Dusche. Kein Bademantel und Hausschuhe, Teppichboden fleckig. Trotz zusage vom höfflichen Hotelmanager gab es ein Obstkorb aber an den Beschwerdegründen hat sich nichts getan. Matrazentopper durchgelegen.

Veľký hotel v blízkosti zastávky metra Overamstel, z ktorej sa dostanete priamo na hlavnú vlakovú stanicu Amsterdam Centraal. Izby sú pekné, tiché, výhľad na okolie. Raňajky priemerné. Oceňujeme milého kuchára z vajcového kúta aj servírku zo Slovenska a Poľska :)

Ako prvé som si pri príchode do izby rozbil hlavu o veľmi nešťastne umiestnenú rohovú zavesenú skrinku. Našťastie mi to iba krátko krvácalo. Na izbe bola chladnička pre minibar, nič tam však nebolo. V kúpeľni sme mali upchatý odtok v sprche, tak voda neodtekala, zostala v kúpeľni, vymenili nám izbu. Matrace veľmi mäkké, ale prekvapivo sme sa dobre vyspali. Čistota izby nebola úplne v poriadku, bolo vidno v rohoch na koberci prach, na televízore bol fľak. Toalety na prízemí boli pomerne čisté, ale lepkavá podlaha zrejme od moču. Raňajky boli priemerné, slabší výber, ale na 1-2 noci úplne stačí.

Struttura bellissima, stanze confortevoli, qualità del sonno ottima,colazione incredibile, posizione eccezionale a pochi passi dalla metro che con facilità ti porta dappertutto.

Purtroppo la pulizia selle stanze va richiesta ogni giorno entro le 10.00 del mattino, attraverso un link su internet(nella stanza c’è un opuscolo dal quale collegarsi con un Qr-code), altrimenti si rimane con la stanza in disordine e anche quando puliscono, l’igiene lascia a desiderare ed è un peccato perché l’albergo è davvero strepitoso

Had an excellent stay. The reception staff were so warm and friendly, all smiling despite how busy they were. The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay if we come to Amsterdam again! Thank you all

Literally everything was great, the only small suggestion would be to maybe have some milk in the bedrooms, but all in all nothing to change.

Very modern hotel, clean, smells nice, big plus that it’s opposite the metro station. I also loved the fact that it felt very comfortable, pillows and sheets really nice (I personally have issues with kost hotel pillows as I can’t sleep on them). It was also very quiet and warm (the room has a thermostat and u can choose whatever temperature u want) being perfect for people like me who are sensitive to cold. Also big plus for the super yummi breakfast

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that I requested the cleaning service and it didn’t work unfortunately

Hotel muito confortável, com excelente estrutura, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso, com grande variedade de itens. Apesar de não ser no centro histórico de Amsterdam, não há dificuldade para acessar a qualquer ponto da cidade, há uma estação de metrô exatamente em frente ao hotel, funcionando a partir das 5:30h. A Estação Central fica a 5 ou 6 paradas de metrô.

Materasso troppo morbido. Assenza del bidet (ma sono italiano)

Fijne kamer. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekkere bedden en vriendelijk personeel!

Veel licht in de kamer. Niet mogelijk dit te dimmen of een enkele lamp aan of uit te zetten. Alles werkt met 1 schakelaar.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Normalerweise war der Check-In um 15 Uhr. Konnten aber sogar schon um 8 Uhr frühs rein, da das Zimmer schon gereinigt war. Wasserspender im Hotel vorhanden, einfach eine Flasche mitnehmen und man hat in Amsterdam immer Wasser für unterwegs. In den Zimmern ist auch eine Café-Pad Maschine wo man frühs direkt einen Café nachm aufstehen genießen kann.

Für einen Stadtbesuch ist das Hotel ideal. Vor allem die Anbindung an die Metro direkt vor dem Haus ist klasse. Zudem kann man mit den Leihfahrrädern einfach und entspannt in die City radeln. Unser Zimmer im 14.Stock bescherte uns eine einmalige Sicht übers Land. Das Personal war auf Zack. Ein verstopfter Abfluss war binnen Minuten mit einem freundlichen Lächeln gerichtet. Toll!

Unser Zimmer war winzig klein - viel zu klein. Auch das Restaurant ist etwas unterdimensioniert. Für das Parken vor dem Hotel kassierten wir ein saftiges Bußgeld…

Lage etwas außerhalb. Aber mit der metro war das Zentrum super und schnell zu erreichen! Die Haltestelle war quasi vor der Tür. Das ist nach einem anstrengendem Städtetrip sehr angenehm!! Zimmer in Ordnung. Alles sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Angenehmes Publikum. Hotel ist empfehlenswert! Ich würde es wieder buchen!

Supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt, makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto, openbaar vervoer is heel kort bij hotel om zo snel zonder zorgen het centrum te bereiken

Jammer dat onze vraag voor extra kamerreiniging via de app niet is doorgekomen naar de organisatie en dus niet is uitgevoerd.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war ein Traum. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Obwohl ich nicht viel von Hotelbetten halte, wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht.

Great location, big windows with nice view, free gym and spa. And actually listening to customer. Very nice connection with Airport, City Centre and Amsterdam Arena/Ziggo Dome.

On top floor you can hear lifts working during night. A little bit annoying. One of the showers was little clogged and water was spilled around bathroom.

non è in zona centralissima ma è in qualche minuto più di pochi minuti di metro si raggiunge la Ceentral Station

Localizaçao exelente.Funcionarios são atenciosos e gentis.O cafe da manha,muito bom. Recomendo este hotel.
