Location and view

Confused about checkin and parking pass, since the front gate guy may not be there. In our case, he wasn’t, and Google map put us in the wrong building and no response calling the number provided. Luckily, we were there early before the club house closure, and someone did help us. The beds are not comfortable. Kitchen are not well stocked, we only used the microwave.

The condo was very nice. Had extra blankets and a small fan. Beds had extra pillows and were very comfortable.

Dead lightbulb. No big deal. Then, the TV and Internet wouldn’t work. Haas to call customer service who was very helpful. Then, the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Took the drain plug out and it still won’t drain. The drain was full of hair and razor caps. Dirt came up in the shower, while I was standing in it. Now, the flusher on the toilet broke. Said they would be here in the am. They showed up the next day. And, the dryer burnt our bras. Customer service was wonderful!

Apartment location is terrific, close to beach access, and beautifully furnished. Patio is private due to foliage at lagoon. Beds comfortable with extra pillows available. Adjustable lighting nice feature. Appreciated large number of plates, glasses, utensils, and extra cooking equipment in apartment. Island Club has excellent amenities and services.

No instructions for locking the keyless door from the outside, had to contact property manager for assistance. No ADA grab bars in bathrooms. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work, 1 burner on stove did not work. Unplugged below counter refrigerator left in foyer, no space in cabinets to store our food for the week, so looked messy. Some bedroom drawers missing knobs, bathroom cabinet door hinge loose.

The grounds and landscaping were beautiful! Being right on the beach was very nice. The pools were relaxing. The condo was extremely clean. The air conditioner worked great. We also had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beach was very clean.

I recommend providing guests more trash bags and things they will need for the entire duration of their stay. Also, more kitchen utensils. The master bedroom king sized bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Everything! The location was perfect. The view was perfect. We had everything we needed!

The sliding glass door was extremely heavy. There wasn’t a broom. Other than those two tiny issues everything was perfect!

Condo 6501 is extremely dated with stained carpets, couches and baths. We immediately called the property management to be moved to another condo but there were no vacancies.
